i am shubhangi deepak ahuja purchase a flat from dnayesh sawant and mansi sawant on 20 october 2020 taken home loan of 18 lakh from gic finance panvel branch at the rate of interes 9.40pa on 1 march 2021 i have given a loan transfer to central bank of india kamothe after checking the document buy there legal team they told me that the builder had done 2 agreement on my flat 1 agreement done on 2011 and the 2 agreement...

Your bank Had blocked the three loans by which we are unable to pay forclosure amount seprately.
We are paying your all forclosure amount of all loan sepratley ...

We are paying loan closure amount through axis bank which they have sanctioned by them and we have submitted in your gic branch vashi..

But your bank had combined my loan files .which making trouble for me making paying forclosure from axis bank.

We are requesting from till march and application are submitted and your vashi branch manager Asmita and jayshree madam are saying there is no response and action from headquarter...

If the loan files are not seprated till 7 days..
We are filing a complaint case in RBI againts your bank and note a F.I.R and consumer Court . AND will stop ECS of july 2021..of all three loans..

We are saying in mannerly please seprate all loan files which are combined by your bank.

Other wise we will first file a case againts your gic bank in RBI for false customer service and taking high intrest
We have all proof of applicationan and call recording of talking with your vashi branch manager. And will stop ecs from july or auagust

On monday 5th of july we are giving writing application to your bank that From onward month of august we are stop all ECS of gic finance ...On that written paper We will take sign of your manager jayshree who told us that there is no action from headquarter from last 4 month...and we will submit that copy to consumer copy and one copy to RBI consumer court, And in one police station.

They will just send you from one branch to other branch and will do whatever they can to delay as much as they can so that they get they Interest!

Very greedy company and staff is ###! Just like any Government Employees.

Dear Sir, I have availed loan from GIC on March 2019. At the time of sanctioning loan they have told you are eligible for PMY subsidy. They have sanctioned loan after scrutiny of all the documents related to building.
I have submitted all the documents for PMY subsidy firstly they have not submitted my application and told me you have not given documents.
After some days they are saying your building is not approved whereas in the same building some person have already received subsidy.

This is regarding Policy No.: GA000033. We have dropped so many mails regarding the settlement but we have not received any satisfactory response from GIC Delhi. We did not expect such kind of poor services from GIC. We have been just taking the follow up from GIC delhi branch since January 2021. Also we have already informed GIC in January regarding this matter, but even then February & March installments got debited from the customer account. We don't know why.

GIC Delhi team takes follow up on a daily basis only when they want to sell any loan, but when it comes to settlement, GIC doesn't take any responsibility to take any necessary action in such a situation. Only customers take the follow up from GIC on which reverts are given over the mail rarely. Moreover we have tried lots of GIC customer care numbers but all are not in service.

I believe GIC must have some SLA to complete any such type of settlement, so kindly share that SLA.

Apart from that, we have received the mail from [protected]@gichfindia.com dated March 16, 2021 that the concerned person is looking into this matter, so please share the contact details of that concerned person so that we can be in touch with that person to know the progress of this settlement. Also, in that mail, GIC Delhi branch said "we request to wait as the process takes time", but how much will it take they don't know and also the same is not mentioned in that mail.

We want clarity on this below points as soon as possible:
1. When will we receive original property papers?
2. When will GIC return February & March debited instalments to the nominee account?

In this current COVID situation we expect you to at least revert on this and send our original papers & debited installments at the earliest.

Kindly I want to inform you that I want to transfer my Home Loan GIC to any other Bank due to more interest(i.e 10.15%) So kindly send the below documents:

1. Loan Statement(including all details loan amount, remaining principal amount, duration etc. )
2.List of property chain documents

I have applied for construction loan @bangalore office electronic city branch even its been successfully complete their verification and all and approved of INR.27.73 lakhs on Jan 2021, after getting clear communication only (sanction letter with seal, MOTD registration, Loan docket signs, original documents also collected and processing administration fees also paid) but now since from feb 28 onwards I'm keep on following up with phone and email as well .Still i have not getting any response from your side about money dispatch.

Please Note : It seems affects to your repudiation of your organization .

Hope issue will be get it rectified at the earliest.

I have taken home loan from GIC Noida Sector 18 branch applicant for the loan is my wife and I am co-applicant. We have planned this flat after calculation that we will get PMAY subsidy as this our first pucca house.
But my application got rejected as the reason given to me is that my flat structure is not as per the laws to avail the PMAY subsidy benefit. First they rejected the application by saying that the female involvement is not their but my wife is the applicant and from her account loan EMI's are deducted. After complaining on NHB portal they told me that now you will not get subsidy as you have filed a complaint and do whatever you want to do or complain any where but we will not process your PMAY application. Me and my are cheated and bullied by the branch manager Pragyanand, kindly help us.

Jai Hind Sir, Sir I'm Aravind Kumar Sharma presently working in Indian Air Force at Jalandhar.Sir I had taken 18 lakh rupees loan from GIC ghaziabad branch in the month of Feb 2017.Since then I have observed that all staff member of this branch are unprofessional except one or two..No one pick up land line phone of this branch..they keep landline phone in mute mode.same can be verified from your side suddenly.If any how we make call at any members mobile phone they suddenly become angry.I have already sent so many mail to Mumbai branch.but till now gotten no reply.Most of member of this branch are involved to make money from customer in lieu of passing loan or clearing loan documents.I was so fed up from this branch I closed my loan in the month of March 2021. I also submitted an application for refund of kodak life insurance premium amount.Regarding this I sent mail on 09 Apr 2021 but gotten no reply.Even this branch member are not bother to reply of emails.In past I sent so many mails regarding my queries but they do not reply.I think this is the worst branch of GIC in India.Branch Manager is also not interested to resolve the problems of customers.Such type of staff just defaming the GIC company name.Sir it is my humble request to you please refund my KLI premium amount as soon as possible.I have already submitted my application for refund of KLI premium money.

Dear sir I have sale flat to a customer who is taken loan from your office. After deposit sale deed DD not given to me till date. Several phone and msg send to Mr pk Patil and call several time but not reply. 6 and 7 date he once reply i will give you 7 April morning but not given. Corona again spread again if it spread huge then it is not possible to got. So may I request you please give my DD as soon as possible

I am an existing customer of GIC. I took loan in Jan 2020 which is biggest mistake of life.

They promised me to give ROI 8% which is all of sudden raised to 9.85%. After that they told me all the loan document after processing a set will be sent to you via email which is not yet received.

Now i am asking for foreclosure details along with document details they are saying i have to visit branch and pay fee of RS 1416..why??

In Covid situation, i am not interested to visit office as non of the staff member wear mask. I saw last time when i visited to apply PMAY which is no where it is. They charged money for that also.

They are lootere. i dont know why Govt or Rbi is not cancelling their permit or black list them from Financial institute

I, Santosh Kumar Singh, have taken the home Loan of 914000 in may 2018 from GIC Housing Finance, RDC branch. Ihave purchased builer flat in Keshav Kunj, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad and at that time they have said that they will apply for PMAY subsidy for us because it is our first home but after that they never shared any information with us that they have applied for subsidy or not we were constantly following up with them via mail and phone calls but they said that we have applied and it will take time to credit that subsidy amount into our account and in 5th April2021when I visit that branch regarding status of pmay subsidy then they thay said it's not our responsibility it is given by Government to eligible customer. You should provide extra document section approved map of GDA, Ghaziabad.But I have already submitted all documents at the time of loan application.After 3 year they respond in such manner after visiting GIC branch office.I told them that GIC never informed me regarding PMAY CLSS subsidy.GiC manager said I have If by mistake EMI not credited on time thay approched but if is related to customer favour that are behaving like this.I shared mail with them again to share the status of the PMAY then they said that they have not applied for it because our property is not prepared as per approved map and they didn’t inform us that proactively.

We said them that in our same building many people have got their subsidy amount and we should also get that amount because this is being provides by govt. them they rudely said that “ja jahan se mil raha hai ap wha apna balance transfer krwalo and apply krlo hum ni krenge apka”. It is clearly a mental harassment of customer..

I am closing my loan account by cheque of full payment on 01.04.2021 but your concern branch has said that, the interest will be charged of full April Month i.e. 30.04.2021.
I want to know that, if i paid total loan amount on 01.04.2021...

With reference to above, we regret to inform you that, bcoz of your negligence and your company ignoring style of attitude as a customer feel so much fratuatuon pain and suffering health issue.

Regarding the above file number we applied moratorium request and cancel the same month of April bcoz we get the salary..

But in may month our company informing no salary for the month June and we rushed to write a mail 1st June 2020 need to apply moratorium...

From June 1st to 10th we apply and communicate so many mails and I apply your site also...

And finally i called your Chennai branch and spoke to your office on 13th June 2020. They all said not to worry they will help you to apply moratorium...

But 15th June bounce of home loan and bank debited 500 rupees from our account... Again I inform your Chennai branch there is no proper information.

And today 13th July your Chennai office all telephone not working and there is incoming facility...

Now I requesting you again 15th July we need moratorium.

Kindly update the moratorium in my account...

With reference to the above so much time I called Chennai branch for our interest rate reduced... Still no response from your side.. We ask for moratorium 5month. Still now there is no pending at all. We not get the rule of government 20% extra loan or extension as well as we approach the bank for the reduce interest rate..
