Subject - Fake Promises__ Customer ID[protected]

I have Purchased Flat 3 years ago under PMAY and still waiting for my subsidy

GIC People are not allowing me to fill the form and not helping me anymore. They are simply rejected my request..

Before Taking a loan GIC team Say that if you get a loan first then after that i get all my subsidy amount.. and now GIC team say that your society is not eligible for PMAY..

but tow people got subsidy from the same building since 2019 and their benefits are running continually...

My Only Concern is_ At the time of giving loan the society become legal but when the same society is not eligible for PMAY..

GIC team says before Taking the loan, should you get the loan first then you will get the subsidy ..when you get a loan then GIC team says, your society should not be eligible for the PMAY Subsidy..

    I have a housing loan with GIC under floating interest. When th interest rate went up they started charging me asper the market interest rate but now when the interest rate has gone down they are still charging me 11% when I spoke to them they said we can reduce it by 1% but for that I need to pay some charges which according to me is unethical.

        With reference to the captioned subject matter you have not taken any positive actions looking the present situation prevailing in the country.
        Recently Reserve bank of India has also passed several guidelines for retail and MSME customers regarding the restructure and review of the stressed account and nominal irregular account but your corporate is not taking any actions or providing the positive resolution.
        The copy of guideline issued by Reserve bank of India is attached herewith for your reference and do the needful accordingly.
        On receipt of the same communicate immediately and restructure the account with the present outstanding and inform accordingly the fresh restructure to plan to regular the account.
        With reference to the captioned subject matter we surprised to received your above letter dated 25/02/2020 and pervious letter dated 31/01/2020 and noting that your company’s policy is not applicable to restructure and revive the home loan outstanding, the reply is given by your great finance corporate is out of the banking code of conduct and out of the rules, policy and guidelines of reserve bank of India. Please note the below very seriously and on priority basis.
        1. the notice is issued out of the banking code of the conduct and not considering the several guidelines and notifications issued by finance minister for the retail loan against residential property, several times we have represented regarding the market and financial situation prevailing and on account of this situation considering the several guidelines and notifications are published to review and restructured the account before 31/03/2020 and now it is extended also up to 31/12/2020 but your customers oriented corporate which are only in field of providing financial assistance for the residential property.
        2. The owner of the residential house is super senior citizen of the democratic country.
        3. You cannot deny to restructure and revive the particular outstanding of home loan looking to the business situation, financial situation prevailing in the market on account restructure and introduction taxation laws and other statutory laws, the great finance minister has published regarding this and instructed to all banking corporate to consider the restructure and review of retails finance to small and middle class business owner and granting the financial assistance.
        3. Please note that we are not willful defaulter and during our business life we have never defaulted in any banking and financial corporate.
        4. As a super senior citizen once again i request you to restructure and revive our outstanding to service smoothly and good way the outstanding of loan account.
        5. Please also note that the notice issued under SARFAESI is also out of the rules and policy and out of the banking code of conduct.
        So that looking to the facts and situation presented consider the request immediately and cancel the notice of possession issued by your corporate and restructure the same as per RBI guidelines immediately.

          GIC team is not responding to any of the email. i've asked them for loan re-payment schedule for this financial year which i need for my tax declarations i have sent an email @1st of December and till now there is no response from them. i am suffering due to there poor after service facility.

              This bank has promised me to take loan at a higher interest rate and transfer without any penalty, now they are asking me 2% interest to transfer loan, and those employees claiming that they only recieved my file from a private agent. How come an agent can do all activities with fake promises, I reached them many times to waive this or reduce, but no use

                      Hi, Please note that their is a huge change in the interest rate on out loan without any intimation. From past 2 months we have been following up with the issue and also visited the Branch. Still no one is responding to our query. As a customer, i am very disappointed with the service and the response from you company.

                      If you are not able to give proper guidance or response, we need to look out for other options.

                          I Contacted the Branch Manager, GIC Ghaziabad but he straight away denied that its your problem, we will not reverse extra EMI. If it will their mistake then they ready to refund the excess EMI.

                          As you are aware this is the festive month and that extra amount was belongs to my festival advance given by my dept, but due to technical glitch, EMI debited twice.

                          Please arrange to refund the extra EMI.

                            i am shubhangi deepak ahuja taken a flat at kamothe navi mumbai on 20 october 2020 taken a loan from gic finance panvel branch 18 lakh of amount given me on the rate of interst 9.40pa they didnot the document properly and me the loan when i applied for loan transfer to central bank of india kamothe branch they told me your flat had not clear the builder had done 2 agreement on my flat the gic finance had done a big fraud with me i have given a legal notice from adovate to gic finance panvel branch manager he is not givining any reply to me and reciving my call please help me

                              I have apply for loan closure of all three loans. 8th march 2021 with application letter

                              Your bank Had blocked the three loans by which we are unable to pay forclosure amount seprately.
                              We are paying your all forclosure amount of all loan sepratley ...

                              We are paying loan closure amount through axis bank which they have sanctioned by them and we have submitted in your gic branch vashi..

                              But your bank had combined my loan files .which making trouble for me making paying forclosure from axis bank.

                              We are requesting from till march and application are submitted and your vashi branch manager Asmita and jayshree madam are saying there is no response and action from headquarter...

                              If the loan files are not seprated till 7 days..
                              We are filing a complaint case in RBI againts your bank and note a F.I.R and consumer Court . AND will stop ECS of july 2021..of all three loans..

                              We are saying in mannerly please seprate all loan files which are combined by your bank.

                              Other wise we will first file a case againts your gic bank in RBI for false customer service and taking high intrest
                              We have all proof of applicationan and call recording of talking with your vashi branch manager. And will stop ecs from july or auagust

                              I am attesting all proof of application and call records with your banks and sharing to ..

                              On monday 5th of july we are giving writing application to your bank that From onward month of august we are stop all ECS of gic finance ...On that written paper We will take sign of your manager jayshree who told us that there is no action from headquarter from last 4 month...and we will submit that copy to consumer copy and one copy to RBI consumer court, And in one police station.

                                They will just send you from one branch to other branch and will do whatever they can to delay as much as they can so that they get they Interest!

                                Very greedy company and staff is ###! Just like any Government Employees.

                                Believe me take LOAN from other place but not here!

                                  Dear Sir, I have availed loan from GIC on March 2019. At the time of sanctioning loan they have told you are eligible for PMY subsidy. They have sanctioned loan after scrutiny of all the documents related to building.
                                  I have submitted all the documents for PMY subsidy firstly they have not submitted my application and told me you have not given documents.
                                  After some days they are saying your building is not approved whereas in the same building some person have already received subsidy.

                                  I applied for a home loan in March 2019 . I applied with PMAY provision but the same has not been processed from bank's respective branch .. even if I call so many time they don't provide me the status of my pmay application ..thy don't provide me the tracking is of pmay .. they simply don't cooperate ..below is the details and attachment as needed by you.

                                      This is regarding Policy No.: GA000033. We have dropped so many mails regarding the settlement but we have not received any satisfactory response from GIC Delhi. We did not expect such kind of poor services from GIC. We have been just taking the follow up from GIC delhi branch since January 2021. Also we have already informed GIC in January regarding this matter, but even then February & March installments got debited from the customer account. We don't know why.

                                      GIC Delhi team takes follow up on a daily basis only when they want to sell any loan, but when it comes to settlement, GIC doesn't take any responsibility to take any necessary action in such a situation. Only customers take the follow up from GIC on which reverts are given over the mail rarely. Moreover we have tried lots of GIC customer care numbers but all are not in service.

                                      I believe GIC must have some SLA to complete any such type of settlement, so kindly share that SLA.

                                      Apart from that, we have received the mail from [protected]@gichfindia.com dated March 16, 2021 that the concerned person is looking into this matter, so please share the contact details of that concerned person so that we can be in touch with that person to know the progress of this settlement. Also, in that mail, GIC Delhi branch said "we request to wait as the process takes time", but how much will it take they don't know and also the same is not mentioned in that mail.

                                      We want clarity on this below points as soon as possible:
                                      1. When will we receive original property papers?
                                      2. When will GIC return February & March debited instalments to the nominee account?

                                      In this current COVID situation we expect you to at least revert on this and send our original papers & debited installments at the earliest.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I have applied for construction loan @bangalore office electronic city branch even its been successfully complete their verification and all and approved of INR.27.73 lakhs on Jan 2021, after getting clear communication only (sanction letter with seal, MOTD registration, Loan docket signs, original documents also collected and processing administration fees also paid) but now since from feb 28 onwards I'm keep on following up with phone and email as well .Still i have not getting any response from your side about money dispatch.

                                        Please Note : It seems affects to your repudiation of your organization .

                                        Hope issue will be get it rectified at the earliest.
