Sir I have close my loan AP[protected] at GIC and mortgage also But still showing as not satisfied account in CRESAI I have sent mail to branch and discussed with Mr Ananth vizag manager..but he is saying that it's not in his hands..i have sent mail customer care too..there is no response Pl do the needful..last time also they haven't advice to remove mortgage loan removal at register office..
