FILE NO CUSTOMER ID As i have been approved loan by IDBI BANK who have requested to provide necessary documents within 15 days. Based on which i have submitted Letter to GIC HOUSING FINANCE LTD., VASHI BRANCH. Till this date they have not provided proper reply, in fact they say that their systems are not functioning they are asking us to come next week dragging each and every week. Reason being they have shifted their office. I am really surprised about the lame excuse they are providing. In fact i have only 15 days. Self have submitted the letter on 27th November 2014. Till this date they are yet to provide the letters and statement. I need a solution and like to file a complaint on letthorgical attitude of GIC officials and report to RBI about the service lapse. sivakumar a.b.
