Gic Housing Finance — Interest amount issues

Dear sir,
I mr.vishal Balu Gunjal taken loan from GIC housing finance. KALYAN BRANCH.Loan no. Mh[protected]. Loan amount. 20, 00, 000/- top up loan mh[protected] loan amount.5, 00, 000/-
On dated 01/03/2015.
As dated 04/03/2020 my outstanding amount shows 19, 44, 302/- and 4, 20, 743/- = all together outstanding is 23, 65, 403.
I HAVE TAKEN MOROTORIUM MONTH OF APRIL MAY & JUNE. after that I have paid my emi on regular basis.

due to covid 19
Currently I m planning to sale my property and close my current loan.

But today as dated I have received forclosere amount of 24, 94, 373/- .

I don't know after 3 years consistent I m paying my home loan EMI regular basis.

Also considering amount of MOROTORIUM of 3 months the current outstanding amount is too high.

Request you kindly revise and give me the actual amount so that I can close my loan as soon as possible.
