I had applied request to lower my interest rate and also paid amount 9300 rs for the same. Now taking follow up since 1 and half month now they are saying you have taken loan at fixed interest but I remember that have taken it on floating rate and also have proof document sent by GIC offer letter and statement all reflect the floating rate.

Please find attached document as proof which is screen shot of recent statement received from GIC.

Aishwarya one of the GIC employee clearly accepted my that my loan is floating and bank has some technical issue but she has to left job meanwhile then case was not resolve, .
