Gic Housing Finance — pradhan mantri aawas yojna

I am taking loan of rs. 16 lac from gic hfl to purchase a readymade flat in chipiyana buzurg, graeter noida (W). I am a central govt employee and my grsoss salary is 50000/- (Full salary not in hand)
The finance company is saying that you are not eligible for pradhanmantri aawas yojna.

Kindly help me that how can i avail the benifit of pmay.
