Gic Housing Finance — Regarding LOB and Closure Documents

I had requested for LOB and Force Closure Documents and they said SLA is 21 days.. i really dont understand why 21 days where as other banks are giving in a weeks time.. I respected their decision and waited for 21 days, now they are saying they didnt get any update from Head Office and said still need to wait for more than a weeks time which is really pathetic experience with GIC. where is the customer service and who had called to resolve this issue? all the time we are trying to follow up, based on the people mood they are swiching off their phone.. and how can you say it is resolved here by simply putting one message.
