Gic Housing Finance — request for consideration on foreclosure additional interest charge

This has reference to the statement of Fore Closure dated 28.02.2019 for my Loan no. WB[protected] issued by your good office, Durgapur, West Bengal.

The statement directs me to pay 2% fore closure charges on amount Rs. 1496449/- amounting Rs. 35940/- in case of fore closure at this stage.

As circulated, no fore closure interest can be charged in Housing Finance loan according to the directive of RBI.

I request your kind consideration on the subject and oblige.
