I am highly disappointed by this website. I have mailed them and also tried calling them but no reply anywhere. On 24 th Dec 2015 i ordered an ink cartridge, cash on delivery, and I got a confirmation email that very day. Considering Christmas and New years holidays I did not contact them. But Atleast answer the phone or reply to the mail now
