[Resolved]  Giffiks.Com — Unprofessional /Non reliable Service

I also thought to give Giffiks .Com a try and didnot buy from flipkart.com and instead placed an order with them on 4th Feb 2013 with immediate payment which i regret now.

few days after they are sending me an update that product price has changed from what i ordered online and i should call on some number to get updates which is very surprising ,online business does not happen like this????i guess

I also see one more customer complaint here which is similar to mine,all the time this cannot happen,i wonder why they do like this.

Their 24/7 customer care number is so unprofessional ,they can help you with nothing.
The mobile number they gave me was switched off when i tried,nobody replies to emails you send to their mentioned email address.

On top of that they are very rude ,highly unprofessional and they will tell you that they could not reach you on the numbers you provided which i cannot believe and they expect cutomer to contact them and follow up after placing and order and making payment,

Please be very quick in reunding cutomer's hard earned money and cutomer will not wait as per your convinience and ease.
I am also awaiting my refund and hope to get it soon.
