Never go for it. Cheating people

Order an Headphone on Dec 11, 2015 amount of 890 Rs. After an week, due to unavailability of stock. I request to cancel the order. But, Never got refund. No response on call and email and all.

Refund not initiated (Pathetic condition of giffiks.com)

Date of order :- 12/12/2015 Order No. - 20927 Ordered Lumia 640 XL on the above mentioned date for a grand total of Rs:14345. Applied for cancellation over a month ago, but no action has been taken as it is visible from one of the image. I also emailed them many time at [protected]@GIFFIKS.com but no one contacted me. I also emailed at [protected]@giffiks.com but still no response. I am writing here because it is the only place on earth...

No follow up

I am highly disappointed by this website. I have mailed them and also tried calling them but no reply anywhere. On 24 th Dec 2015 i ordered an ink cartridge, cash on delivery, and I got a confirmation email that very day. Considering Christmas and New years holidays I did not contact them. But Atleast answer the phone or reply to the mail now...

Non delivery of the product

I have ordered
Sandisk 8GB Cruzer Fit Pen Drive OrderId: 20481 Date:[protected] PaymentStatus: Payment Done Grand Total Rs:295

Dispatch expected by 8th Sept 2015.

I didn't get the product yet. there is no way to trace the order, no one receives call @[protected]x7 Customer Support neither you can track on the website.

Please deliver the product or refund my money.

No information of my order

Product Still not delivered and they are not lifting the phone.

I've placed the order on Aug 27, 2015 and paid through debit card. Afterwards I keep on trying to contact but they are not responding to phones properly. Sometimes they are lifting the phone and trying to drag/postpone. Finally they sent a courier consignment number of no validity. They are faking people like this and Now I seems to loss the total amount more than Rs. 35, 000/- ....

no delivery, no refund

Order number 5367, made on March 30 2013 for two items of canon ink cartridge valued at 2336/-. The delivery of the item is marked at max 5 days.

Till date, April 16 2013 the items are not delivery, neither they are processing the refund.

Excuse made every time on making the delivery for that evening.

As for 16th April, it was promised to make the delivery as they had made an excuse for year...

I also thought to give Giffiks .Com a try and didnot buy from flipkart.com and instead placed an order with them on 4th Feb 2013 with immediate payment which i regret now.

few days after they are sending me an update that product price has changed from what i ordered online and i should call on some number to get updates which is very surprising ,online business does not happen like this????i guess

After confirmation on call, they were supposed to deliver my product as they had received the payment. But, after 2 days, they cancel my order just because the company would bear loss if they send the product at the price which I bought.
