Hello Sir/Madam, I had order a foot massager from "www.giffiks.com" on 23rd August. The payment for the same was done online (of Rs. 5399). It is more than 3 weeks now. It was supposed to be delivered last tuesday but it hasn't. I have been calling of then given contact numbers to atleast know about its status but in vain. The call goes unanswered even though it was busy a while ago. I even dropped a couple of mails but in vain. I don't know how to track my order, this is the worst customer experience I am facing. Attaching a screen-shot of my order. Please help.

This order has been delivered on 12 Sept 2015. We have the proof of delivery at our end.
The delays were due to the weight of the parcel - 21KG, which took time to clear through state borders (UP).

Yes, this order has been delivered, but after a week from its scheduled delivery.
My complain is not wrt the late delivery but about the pathetic customer service.
I didn't know how to track my order and my calls and mails went unanswered, this was the worst customer experience I ever faced. I called atleast 10 times a day on all the numbers provided for 5 consecutive days and nobody picked, this cannot be a technical glitch.
Horrible experience.
