Giffiks.Com — Refund not initiated (Pathetic condition of giffiks.com)

Date of order :- 12/12/2015 Order No. - 20927 Ordered Lumia 640 XL on the above mentioned date for a grand total of Rs:14345. Applied for cancellation over a month ago, but no action has been taken as it is visible from one of the image. I also emailed them many time at [protected]@GIFFIKS.com but no one contacted me. I also emailed at [protected]@giffiks.com but still no response. I am writing here because it is the only place on earth where people from GIFFIKS.com reply to the customers. So if any person from this company is seeing this complaint and have some good soul left inside you then refund my money back to the required bank account. Here is the copies of two emails send to the customer care. Email:- 1 Order cancellation Abhiyan Singh 12/25/15 to saurabh Order Id: 20927 Date:[protected] PaymentStatus: Payment Done Grand Total Rs:14345 Paid Amount Rs.14345 Microsoft Lumia 640 XL cancellation Request Sent It has been more than a week when i cancelled my order. I also have email to your customer care email id so many times and mo reply was given from their side.Are you guys fraud ?? Refund my money or else I will definitely go to consumer forum as how you guys are looting people. I need the refund back or else there will be a police case against your company.
