Gift Jaipur — order has been cancelled last week, till day refund is not proceed

I have ordered on giftjaipur my order id is 20215836 .Due to unavailability of product the order was cancel nd i have requested them to refund on sep 29 . They told me that refund will be credited in your account in 4-5 working daysb nd today is 8 day there is no refund from their side i m talking to them on phone daily they are saying that we had forwarded your amount to paytm .but i have not recieved my refund
