Shame on you Giftease, I have ordered a laptop table, they sent a damaged item. Now they are neither giving refund nor resolving this issue. I would strongly suggest don't buy/order anything from giftease. The Order is # [protected].

i had ordered a philips product Philips Lady Shave HP6306- order no- [protected], but after 3-4 days i get a mail that the product is not available, so i talked with customer care and he said that price is increased and the item will come next week. so i agreed to accept it next week. but they said that u will have to give new price.. and then the customer started talking about the terms and conditions of the company. This is not at all acceptable with me and will see that specific performace of the contract is made ... else i will register a complaint in the consumer court.
