I had online ordered 2 chocolate set on 23rd August, and the expected date of product delivery was 29th August.

Today even after 20 days from the product ordered their is no any expected date coming from the giftease, costumer care executive only just regret the issue no action had taken till date.

i want my money back and want giftease to pay fine for not taking action against this issue....

I had ordered a philips product philips lady shave hp6306- order no- [protected], but after 3-4 days i get a mail that the product is not available, so i talked with customer care and he said that price is increased and the item will come next week. So i agreed to accept it next week. But they said that u will have to give new price.. And then the customer started talking about the terms and conditions of the company. I lodged a complaint to gftease. They agreed to refund the money and promised that they will reverse pick up the item from my place but that did not happened yet.
