I had ordered a Valentines day gift to be delivered on Valentines day, still haven't received the delivery.
Trying to contact them isn't happening.

They just delivered by belated Valentine's gift some minutes back, they did respond on my query on their website where I had asked for a refund, they mentioned they would deliver today to which I agreed and that's about it, fortunately all's well that ends well, family liked the presents.
Gifts-to-india.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
