They are cheaters.
They stop replying to ur msgs and calls..

Rakhi hasn't been delivered to Canada, and the rakhi is over now, My brother is still waiting for it. Customer support is unresponsive, they've taken money from innocent customers without providing courier details, making tracking impossible. I deeply regret my order from this website and wouldn't recommend it to anyone; it feels like they're taking advantage of customers' money & emotions and just simply saying that you cannot track a non-trackable item. What does that even mean, No website should be allowed to function like this. This is sheer nonsense. They should be banned.

I have ordered 2 Rakhis from Gifts-to-india.com website of Rs. 729 and it hasn't been delivered to Canada where my brother resides. Calling everyday to check with my brother whether he has received the rakhi or not, unfortunately its been 30 days and he is still waiting and rakhi is over now. Customer support is unresponsive, they've taken money from innocent customers without providing courier details, making tracking impossible. I deeply regret my order from this website and wouldn't recommend it to anyone; it feels like they're taking advantage of customers' money & emotions.

I have ordered rakhi from online website gifts to India but they neither have sent any mail nor have sent any tracking status, also no one is helping from customer care team.

I have ordered a product and have not received it yet, the order number is Order id RGTI-[protected]. Is this the way they treat normal people by not receiving calls and not giving updates about the shipment and have not given any tracking option. This is too much, they should not loot normal people like this, this is not right.
This site should be banned from google. Please do something

This order that was supposed to be delivered on July 18, 2023 was not delivered and they are not answering any of the calls I made to the provided customer care number or the emails I sent. My credit card has been charged and no product delivered. I’m just trying to communicate and getting a wall of silence.

I ordered for a bouquet and chocolates for my mum's birthday to be delivered in India on the December 13, 2022.
Based on my last shopping experience with you, I was so sure it would reach in time.
However, it was not delivered on the date.
It has been delivered today, which makes no sense now.

I have placed an order on this site on diwali 24 th of this month to surprise someone.as soon i have done payment ..i have read it somewhere that this site is fake so accordingly i have cancelled the order and i even got a msg that the order is on hold..later after that i have dropped n number of msgs and emails about my refund and cancellation but there is no response.instead someone called me today and was saying that order is delivered and till now i haven't got any msg or any confmation about my order status and even in online it is showing shipped ..and these people are looting money..and that felow is saying that when i have asked when it delivered that may be next day ...what the hell.is this site since we are looking for same day delivery and these people did not have any confirmation so have ordered from other site...and now they are speaking rude saying will get back again..i am looking for my refund

Hey team this is karamjit kaur I have ordered the flowers from the gift to india.com on 21 August worth of £6.84
They said that will arrive on the day I ordered, but this is 3 days and the item didn't delivered, all the time I'm called them, they said receiver not answering the phone, but he is my boyfriend he didn't got any call from them
Infact whenever he call them, they rude with him and not telling anything

We ordered rakhi and chocolates worth Rs. 1, 000 and the order was supposed to be delivered on the same day, i.e. 11th August, it is still not delivered. Their phone number is also switched off and they have messaged me that they wont be entertaining my complaint

I ordered a gift for little child from this website and it promised delivery on 12th of August. The email about "confirmation of order "is received on 12th itself when it was supposed to be delivered. The contact number provided does not resolve the matter and sends an automatic reply every time. The message sent on Facebook messenger also does not respond.

I sent an email to the address provided which came back as a failure notice. It has been 5 days since I am waiting for my order and no response is received. On website, order details tab shows "process", and it is also not showing any information.

I am badly disappointed and dissatisfied. I would immediately request my Money back.
I don't know how such fake people are running there business and websites making fun of customers for earning money. The website should be immediately blocked if it is not meant to serve its customers.

Subject order not delivered by this company. As per the commitment shown at time.of order, they are not fulfilling their commitment.

Please refund my money, other wise I will file a case against gift to India website.

This is really disappointing on their end and their lack of accountability is just on the extreme. I will never recommend this site to order anything to be delivered to India from USA or any other countries.

I ordered a wedding gift to be delivered next day. Part of my order was not available to that location. So, I requested them to cancel the order.Instead of canceling, they just shipped the item 4 days after the wedding. I raised multiple complaints to cancel the shipment before it reaches the destination as it was a wedding venue and nobody will be there to pickup a week after wedding but there was no proper response. First of all, not delivered all items and then processing partial order 4 days after wedding without checking with me. A merchant can easily cancel the shipment by calling the courier company but they dont want to do it because they want to charge the customer without providing good service.

Please refund my money because there is no kitkat chocolate I ordered 3 KitKat family pack. And flowers had also spoiled so please refund my money.
