Gifts-To-India.com — I'm complaining about my order

Hey team this is karamjit kaur I have ordered the flowers from the gift to india.com on 21 August worth of £6.84
They said that will arrive on the day I ordered, but this is 3 days and the item didn't delivered, all the time I'm called them, they said receiver not answering the phone, but he is my boyfriend he didn't got any call from them
Infact whenever he call them, they rude with him and not telling anything
The order is GTI, [protected]
Please team help me to solve this problem
U know emotions are attached with the order so please help with me to refund the money or arrange the delivery please
