Gifts-To-India.com — Order not delivered on time and denied refund

I ordered a wedding gift to be delivered next day. Part of my order was not available to that location. So, I requested them to cancel the order.Instead of canceling, they just shipped the item 4 days after the wedding. I raised multiple complaints to cancel the shipment before it reaches the destination as it was a wedding venue and nobody will be there to pickup a week after wedding but there was no proper response. First of all, not delivered all items and then processing partial order 4 days after wedding without checking with me. A merchant can easily cancel the shipment by calling the courier company but they dont want to do it because they want to charge the customer without providing good service.

A guy named Subhankar from customer service keep saying the same thing again and again that it cannot be canceled. I contacted the courier company and they are saying that merchant can cancel the shipment.
