I Ordered a Cake and flowers for my Mom for Mothers day! They never delivered it on that day! Every time i checked with their online chat service they promised it will be delivered. What is the point if they cant deliver on the same day as promised? Trying to Make your mom happy is not possible through their useless service. I will never use them any more. this is the 2nd time happening! Now even if they deliver it will be a cake which i am sure is a day or so old.

The customer care department followed up with me and explained the reason for delay, apologized and also was ready to send an apology note. I might think of using this service again!
