Giftstomumbaicity.com — Order not delivered after waiting for over 7 months

I had ordered a Fastrack watch from this site. Order no: GTMC-1014. They took amount of 2495/- via net banking. Till today, it is in processing status on their website. I tried several times to call them, emailed them, tried whatsapp but nothing worked. They have a online chat option as well but once they understand that I am on chat, they stops chatting. It is a total fraud company. They have similar domains like giftstomumbaicity.com,
giftstobangalorecity.com, giftstodelhicity.com, giftstoindiaplaza.com etc. All are same company. They are FRAUD. Do not buy anything from their site. They do not allow COD option. So once you buy anything, you have already lost your money.
