On June 6 2021, I had ordered a fruit basket worth Rs 1025/- (order number - GTMC-1009) to gift my friend on her birthday. A person named Sumit got in touch through their official number mentioned on the website (+91 [protected]). He promised same day delivery but after that stopped responding to my messages and isn't answering my calls. Emails do not get delivered to the 3 different email ids given - [protected]@giftstomumbaicity.com, [protected]@giftstomumbaicity.com and [protected]@giftstomumbaicity.com.

I paid through credit card and my bank, SBI has failed to retrieve the amount.

This website needs to be brought down and strict action needs to be taken against these scammers. I deeply regret not checking the reviews before placing the order.
