The burner turned black with cracks generating enormous amounts of soot, ruining the vessels. It spoiled the steel ring around it too. When we visited the showrooms for replacement parts, they said no they should come home and do everything, including their service changers and travel charges . When we said we don’t want that they misguided with some location to go to. Then we called a different showrooms and told we want the parts they charged exhorbitant charges, that flimsy steel circle is 200 bucks. Total rip off. I will no one in my friends circle to buy Gilma and I’m waiting to change my brand of stove and chimney Was this information helpful? |
