Gilma — Technician rude behaviour n openly said to complain

Ref.607930.Techy called during office hours on 25.10.2016.we were not at home.He said he'll come on 26.10.2016 at 9.a.m.but failed. I called him he said he'll come at 12.30 p.m.He failed then i called him around 1.15 p.m.He said he was busy.I daid ill. Complain.He spoke rudely n told to complain to anybody.his no.[protected].pls take action so that i dont have to approach higher Authority
