We went to get a microwave oven convection @ girias bannergatta road, bangalore before diwali. The sales person (Gutyappa) showed us 2 models of lg 2886 brum and 2886 sfu and quoted price for both and we decided to go for the brum one. We were not aware of paytm mall offer - so when we were discussing all those intricate details, the sales person and another guy took our mobile and the payment was made, while he produced the bill which had 2886sfu. Unfortunately for us, we did not notice this at that time.

The product was delivered and amidst festival hungama we did not notice the details. There was a delay in them sending the demo and when we spoke to the sales person about it, he was very rude in responding.

Until the lg service person came for demo we did not notice the difference. Since it was more than 4 days since we made the purchase, we are not in a position to raise this to the shop. We have got the lower version for the price quoted for a higher version.

    See sir im a customer and came to shop im going to buy asked for assistance and compared price with amazon suddenly an executive shouted on me in front of my mom dad that he wont see and i gone to siva kumar store manager of indira nagar bangalore he shouting on us like a road sided rowdy i feel very disappointed and all customers came and shouted on him as well but hes saying dont come to girias who doesn't want. My mom dad felt very much insulated and an police officer came and asked him to come and speak to manager but manager is shouting on him also
    We all 100% will never come to girias

    I am giving the same feedback to Samsung team too as am a clear customer of Samsung and this is the first showroom I have seen this service
    I will never ever come back here nor advice anyone else to come here

      Hello girias,

      I bought the geyser in girias a month back but still the product not received and the same time i bought tv and wahing machine which was received on time. I spoke to the royapuram showroom person and they keep on saying the product will receive soon but i didn't receive it. Im totally fed up with the service and never face this kind incident in my life.. Please don't encourage this kind situation to any of the customer.

        Hello this is lohith from indiranagar bangalore i have purchased a tv from girias yesterdayay at indiranagr branch near sony signal were mr saddam a stupid sales rep told that he will he will get it installed tomorrow thats today evening now a guy call telling that will give the tv and take the old tv and will install it tomorrow btu we have no clue as in wat time the person would come which indirectly tell that we have to be without a tv for one hole day please make sure he is out of that sales and ask him to do a watch man duty

          I have purchased lg washing machine and the same was delivered with wrong rat mesh. While installing the engineer from lg also pointed that the machine may have been opened because of which the rat mesh was changed. The same was conveyed to girias and till now there is no reply. The machine is idle for last 7 days without any action. Request girias to resolve the same at the earliest

            We bought lg water purifier from girias keelktalai branch chennai. But within 3 months it got a leakage problem. When asked the branch their reply was we cannot give guarantee to any of items we sell, which was a very easy and escaping answer given by them. Atleast they would have told that we will check with the concerned person and resolve the issue that they are doing or not but atleast the response shud be in a polite manner. Theireland job is to only sell and forget. Please do not buy from girias any branch.

              Hello, its almost 3 days that the complaint is being given for venus geaser repair. But no action is being taken and just trying to manipulate the things which are being said. And making fun fool of customers.
              We had called up nearly 6 to 7 times in day.
              Is this the service given?

                Hi team,

                I have been running around for cash back which i was eligible for.

                Sales executive directed that i will be getting after 3months, but i didn't get any. When i reached the store i was told that sales executive has left the job ana other sales executive told that my card was not swiped as per the offer by the executive.

                Now when i contact the manager i'm told that executive has left the job and they are not ready to help as well. Only 1executive is helping me.

                Please help me if you value your customer.

But this voucher is declined by them and we cannot able to buy any products in girias using this voucher. If they do like this than how will i again consider to buy any products in girias.                   I had purchased new 49" led philips smart tv during this year. Soon after two weeks tv remote was not working properly and the same was informed to the girias store at tambaram. They informed that they will take up the issue and rectify the same. But even after continous follow up for 5 months they have not done anything. Later they informed that i will have to purchase a new tv remote. I have not even enjoyed more than a week with the new remote which is a manufacturer defect. I guess this store selling third rated products in order make routine purchase from the consumer. Also this store doesnt seems reliable for any consumer. I would suggest the readers not go for this store and also i wish to inform about this in all social medias to save consumers hard earned money.

                    I have purchased onida ac in 2016 april from girias hrbr layout. First of all the installation was not done properly, the guy who had come was not sure about installation but somehow he did it but the water outlet pipe he just did not fix and just kept it down. After that we started using this ac and used it for hardly 15 days. And then we used it once again in 2017 march but to my surprise it did not work. Then i called onida customer care and they informed me that the wiring was not proper, they did something and then it started working. We use it for another 20 days and after that once again 2 days before. And then i had to call onida person to check this error. He came and informed me that mother board is burnt. This ac is one year old hardly used and on top of that it is inverter a. C. How come the power fluctuations could harm this. Moreover my building is secured for such issues. The onida guy said that wiring was not done properly and a single wire should have been used. Now i am just requesting one thing please take back this a. C. And give me some other company which works fine. I believed girias person who sold me this and bought this and now i am in trouble. Please help.

                      I bought philips sound bar on 30th june 2017 from giriyas cross cut road coimbatore. The very first day when i connected there no sound immediately i have taken to store. They checked and confirmed the problelm and the same would rectified by technician within two days. But it was not done again i asked about it. They said that the refund would be give or wait for a week to replace article. I told them to replace it not repair it. After a week again i contact them, they said that due get problem stocks as released once they got it would be replaced after 15th july. Now they are taking another week to do it. Such a big store, they cannot able to fulfill customer service. It is highly unacceptable by any customer.

                        I purchased air conditioner from girias and i got a gift traveling gift voucher which was sponsored by sshan marketing for a different tourist places.. As desired ny sshan marketing i forwarded dd for rs.1000/- towards deposit amount which will be refunded after completing my holiday. I opted for ooty.in turn, they have allotted me a resort in ooty... Hillock view resort. It's a horrible place like a bhoot bangla". No people's around except an aged manager. I was forced to stay till my completion of my traveling date, otherwise i don't get my deposit back. This was a horrible experience.

                          Very worst sevice of delivering product for 15 days still i am not get that product 9purchased at tambaram chennai branch.On 25 th jun i purchased washing machine, stand and cover washing machine delivered next day but still i am not getting stand and cover.Even not getting proper response.Still they telling some reason that not having stack. If stack is not there na why they sell it. Here after i decided to not purchase here. Suggest others to avoid the store.

                            TODAY I went with my father to purchase a new laptop with total dedication to purchasing one, but the staff there were totally unprofessional, we were treated like they don't care. they didn't showed us any basic courtesy toward us. we walked away purchased DELL LAPTOP from pai worth 57000.And we were not new customers for them just 1 month ago I gifted my mother a SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR 571 litres. worth Rs 92000 from GIRIAS.

                            Its your loss I have 120 Batchmates in my MBA college of which 35+ needed laptop i will make sure they don't visit ever to you.. have you attitude with yourself

                              I have purchased a panasonic washing machine on 27-6-17. The store executive insisting for delivery charges of rs.700 - rs.800 as the delivery address is far. Actual distance is around 10 - 12 km and its within bangalore city limits. The store person says that delivery charges is applicable for all products depending on distance. I have not asked for delivery for out of city. Purchase and delivery is in bangalore city itself.

                              Purchase details:
                              Store: giriyas, malleswaram, bangalore
                              Appliance: panasonic washing machine
                              Delivery address / pincode : rajarajeshwari nagar / 560098
                              Bill no: fs/msm/1031 dated: 27-6-17

                              I am not satisfied by delivery charges by giriyas and they are not giving bill for that too.

                              Please look into this issue before it escalates to customer court.

                              Even I saw the serial number, which is changed from product I as in the box item.

                              Then when I asked, They are asking me check with samsung. No good response from them

                                I purchased Samsung 43KU6000 dt 04/06/2017 from GIRIAS Ambattur, Chennai location on exchange offer. Sales man (dont want to share his name) assured that a team will come & pick your old TV for Rs 6000 (money will be given by the exchange team at time of pick up) & on that assurance I had billed the new one & got it delivered as well.

                                But after three follow ups & 20 days to the same sales man, who gives me false communication that the exchange team will come today / tomorrow etc has not turned up till date.

                                This is cheating the customer by giving false information / communication to achieve their own targets.

                                Very Very disappointed from a unprofessional retail outlet like GIRIAS.

                                I being a AGM for one of the retail outlet in Chennai, have started spreading this information to all my Retail fraternity about my experience with GIRIAS.

                                  We brought a 6.2 kg whirlpool washing machine from indiranagar girias showroom on 18th june 2017. At the time of selling the item, they would mention that delivery would be free of cost. However, once they will come for delivery, they will ask for extra amount as demanded and that is also mentioned at the back of the bill, else they will misbehave. Company is earning money from the backdoor and raising customer dis-satisfaction. This should be addressed.

                                    Hi,

                                    I purchased samsung ks7000 suhd tv from marathalli bangalore. There was an offer from samsung that with the tv there was free woofer and sound bar. When i asked the sales guy @marathalli branch, they told they will deliver, when i got the tv delivery, the person who came to deliver the tv told since this is an offer from samsung, the technician from samsung will bring the sound bar and woofer. The person from samsung came for installation and upon checking with him he told girias should give that to you as samsung is sending those along with tv units to distributors. I am continuously following up with girias marathalli branch but every time they just give one reason that they do not have stock and they will deliver it soon. It has been more that 2 months now and still it is not delivered. I don't understand why if samsung sends it along with tv units there are inventory issues. I am really disappointed with my first ever (And last as well) purchase from girias and will not recommend it to any one as you do not care about customers.

                                      Hi i bought a split ac (Voltas 1.5 ton) last week from girias trade expo happened last week in chennai trade centre. They provided me a stablizer (Single booster which i had paid separately) and the manager who was describing the price details said if technician who comes for installation say that its not sufficient then you can visit nearby girias showroom (Tambaram) and exchange it by paying additional details. After one week (With numerous follo-up calls) technician came today to install and checked it using the stabilizer provided and said it is not suffucuent. When i tried call the showroom (Tambaram) they said they can't replace it as i got the delivery made by keelkattalai branch and i have to contact them.

                                      I called keelkattalai girias showroom for number of times and each time a diferent person picks up the call and ask for same detail again and again and said we it is not possible, but we will check with management and get back. Finally i got the showroom manager number and called him and he said he will check with ho and get back to me, but never returned back till now. But they keep saying that we won't replace the product unless it is a damage piece and even then we will replace it with only single booster stabilizer. It is really frustrating that even after paying for ac separately and booster separately and waiting for 1 week to install and even then couldn't use the ac.

                                      Could someone please help me connect to right person who could get it replaced with double booster (For which i am ready to pay additional amount as agreed earlier).

                                      Please do not purchase any product from Girias.. They provide only wrong commitment and misguide the customers. Sales guys want only to sell the product but no proper information on the finance. And staff attitude is very bad. Not recommended.
