          I had made an online order of Dr. Morepen gluco strips on 28/02/2023. I was supposed to get it by 04/03/2023. Till today that is till 11/03/2023 I didn't received my order. I raised lot of complaints but all in vain. I was left unanswered. I asked them to refund my amount and cancel my order. They are not doing that also. I want to purchase outside but because they are not giving my money back I am not able to buy it outside. This is the last hope. Else I will go to consumer court. Day by day they are postponing the delivery date.

            I have purchased Kalinga 6mm 3core submersible cable 100 meter (2 roll) from Moglix.com I found the cable is in very poor quality. In emergency I had to purchased othe cable from local market in high price. I raised a request for return the Kalinga cable to Moglix, but my request has been rejected. The moglix customer care denied for changing. Pls help

                  I ordered Hilson agro safety shoes size 10 from moglix on date 13/02/2023 and received on date 19/02/2023 found shoes size 9 . It's quality is also very poor as per shown in specifications. They are cheaters. I am trying to contact on whatsapp but no any satisfactory answer received against exchange or return the ordered. This is not first time happened with me.

                    We ordered metal dump truck from Moglix order ID 4067455 (amount Rs. 8112.0) with Bigapple 300kg Capacity Metal Dump Cart, DCC 300 and it was delivered on 24 th September 2022, after four months tyres material is disintegrating and the trolley cannot be used. Asked the company for repair or replacement but they flatly refused, looks like fraud.

                            This sink was delivered without the necessary coupling and pipe that had been advertised as included in its cost. Being a square hole it is not easy to find a replacement to fit. For over a week now I have been emailing and speaking to the company about this. After over 20 emails, attempts at whatsapp and speaking to customer representatives we have got nowhere. Except to be called liars since they claim it was included in the package. It was not and to support this I had sent a photo of the package with its label where it is clearly written only the sink is included. I really suggested you avoid this company. It has been a most unhappy experience. From the first I have also asked that they provide the part number so we can at least try and find it elsewhere. Even this they have not done. So we are left with an unusable installed sink.
