The order 5532550 was tracked by the courier Xbees Heavy initially, now moglix customer care is giving me a tracking number of delivery which is belonging to madurai. They are confusing the customer to extreme level and not providing the correct information. IIf they cannot provide me correct tracking details. Worst shopping experience, I purchased a water pump and induction. It was damaged and defective and upon requesting for exchange they are asking too many questions and proofs. If I talk about defective they reply I should contact the brand for that. Seriously?? I purchased from moglix and now I. Directed to talk to brand. When contacting brand they ask us to contact moglix.
