I am writing this complaint as a seller on Moglix....

Paid for an HP LaserJet printer through Moglix, cost is around Rs.31, 000/-
They sent me an Epson inkjet printer, vastly cheaper and of no use to me.
I tagged the product for return immediately (through their WhatsApp feature), and provided all pictures they asked for.

Moglix said, no Shipping Label picture and Rejected the return request. This (Shipping Label) was the first (of 6) pictures I had sent.

They are confusing the customer to extreme level and not providing the correct information. IIf they cannot provide me correct tracking details. Worst shopping experience, I purchased a water pump and induction. It was damaged and defective and upon requesting for exchange they are asking too many questions and proofs. If I talk about defective they reply I should contact the brand for that. Seriously?? I purchased from moglix and now I. Directed to talk to brand. When contacting brand they ask us to contact moglix.

Such a worst experience, and worst is that I gave a review at moglix and they have discarded my review and not displaying in their page.

With reference to the return policy, moglix website states that "Significant difference found in Moglix website as comparison to product". I would like to clarify that significant difference is there in the product from the product description i.e. the website clearly states that it is 19 ft. Aluminum ladder but in actual it is only around 9 feet. Work can only done from this ladder up to 9 feet and hence the product makes no sense for us. It cannot in any case reach 19 feet and hence no use for us. We are also placing the refund in 7 days as per your policy. So there is no reason why our return shall not be accepted. Hope that the above clarifies the matter and our return will be processed.

As we requested Solar panel with specification as 330W and 24V, instead of it we received/Company delivered 335 watts and more than 24 volts which violation of consumer protection. Anyhow we tried to spoke with customer care but they reluctantly rejected our request without proper response.

As per the invoice bill has been provided with right specification product was totally different. Kindly address this ASAP and do the quick needful regarding return of product and delivering right one.

We ordered this product from Moglix ecommerce website. Kindly address this issue with Moglix and Luminous.

i ordered an krost angle grinder from moglix on the 9th July that i have on 21st july When I unboxed it some parts were missing I put a return request on Moglix support whatsapp on 23rd After this the customer executive return request was approved in 4 days After this, on 28th July, the delivery boy took the package and with great difficulty reached the seller around 7 pm yesterday....

I had ordered the product Make: Balwaan 4 stroke Red side pack crop brush cutter MTAK-EN-BR-689 online through moglix app. The product was sold by Modish Tractoraurkisan Pvt Ltd, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The product was having return policy for damaged with in 2 days and for defective with in 7 days.

The value of the item is Rs 9900 /-

The item was received against my order No. 4629026 on 28-Jun-2023. Unfortunately the item could not be opened with in 3 days as I was busy with personal reasons. On the forth day ie on[protected] when the consignment was opened I was shocked to see the product casing was physically damaged. On raising the request for return in the portal, the same was rejected stating return policy for damaged is only 2 days.

Since the item could not be returned, I tried to assemble the product. Now I was surprised the clutch coupling is totally wobbling and the handle mounting assembly unit was having crack thereby the product sent is not only physically damaged but also defective.

so I once again raised the request about the defective item in the portal on the 6th day ie on[protected]. But my request was once again closed stating that the item is damaged and not defective and the return policy for the damaged item is 2 days from the date of delivery.

I tried to contact the customer care and explain the problem but their are not ready to accept the problem is defective and claiming only about the return policy of 2 days for the damaged item.

Hence, I here by request the concern to kindly intervene in this issue and arrange for return and refund of the product.
