Dear sir/mam

Yesterday i purchase a samsung wasing machine one of your showroom ilyasnagar next to sarakki gate. And today they delivered a washing machine and they charged 300rs for transportation so my question is if i purchase a washing machine other out let for example bigbazar, metro, chroma, etc they give me a free transportation but ur showroom staff never told me about transportation charges and my house near to showroom just 100mts so pls carify me what reason behind they charge 300 rs...

    I bought an 1.5 ton ac from girais ambattur chennai branch. It got installed at my new home. I have started using at 30jun-2016 and following two days observed that ac is not cooling properly. Logged call with daikin customer care 05-jun-2016 (Sr-no:maa[protected] service engineet r came on next day evening and told me that installation not propoerly done and needs to refix at different place and promised to come next day. The same was communicated to girias. Nobody turned next day morning after several followup and escalation service engineer came at 07-jun-2016 evening and done some diagnostics and told me that one of the unit having problem either indoor or outdoor and needs to replaced. And then he spoke to his service centre and told me that ask for replacement from girias. I have spoke to girias they are not willing to provide any replacements saying several reason... One of the main reason they are telling that noway connected with product after once its sold. After several discussion service engineer told that the unit has to remove and take to the service centre to identify the problem for providing replacement. They have taken the entire ac on 08-jul-2016 morning
    And same day evening they told me that ac unit is working fine had some block issues they have rectified using ctc and refixed the same unit on 09-jul-2016. After that also the ac having same issue the problem was not rectified. Again i have escalated the issue with girias again they are telling the same old story they are not responsible after the product was sold i need to contact daikin for any issues. Even they are not giving attention for customer issue very bad experience i have done very costly mistake choosing girias to buy the products.

      Hi. I have bought a brand new samsung washing machine from girias, west tambaram branch, chennai last sunday and it didn't work even in the demo. Have been chasing up with them for replacement from day 1 and it's been a week.

      Technician from samsung came and took a look at the machine and he confirmed the drum and motor are gone. Today the manager from girias was so cool to tell us that he got information from samsung saying the machine is fixed. We called the samsung guy again and spoke to his manager and he confirmed they are yet to send the report.

      This is my first time purchase on girias. I should have known better. I spent my hard earned money of 27, 000 for this washing machine. And they have sent a defective product.

        I booked voltas 1 ton ac on 1st june 2016 in old washermen pet. It is assured it will be delivered on 3rd june but it got delay and delivered on 5th. One delivery they missed the stabilizer, again i want to visit to branch to get the stabilizer.

        The team of voltas came to my home and installed the ac on 8th and told everthing is working fine. When we on the ac on 10th (Ref no : [protected]), it is not functioning properly. Only fan is running but it is not getting cooled. I complaint with voltas on the same day.

        Technical person came to my home on 13th and told that there is big problem in the ac as cooling gas is getting leaked. We want to dismantle the ac and compressor to service in our center. For that a person will come tomorrow. But till now no one visited my home or communicated me for the delay.

        Everyone buy a ac for summer season and what is the use if there is a delay like

          I bought a tv yesterday from banashankari girias (Sales man: sudarshan). They promised that today by first half it will be delivered but not done. The important part is it was not delivered and when i am trying to reach out to the sales man, he has been disconnecting my call and letting it ring. Even if they can't deliver today, they should atleast let me know what's the status. I have paid a huge amount for the product and really don't expect such kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior from girias and their staff. Please take serious actions against the sales man.

            I purchased an air conditioner from giria's tambaram on 6 may 2012. Now i have a compressor problem with the product. Lg service center refused to proceed as the wanted to see a copy of invoice. I went to your retail store and they are not able to help me. I spoke to gm deva and explained he responded by saying that he will get back. The store manager kept asking for a bill number which i didn't have and after multiple tries of calling deva...

            I had purchased a 1.5 ton voltas ac from girias hubli on 3rd may 2016. The buggers had sold me the unit knowing that they did not have any stock of stabilizers with them. (Stabilizer was included in the total offer price of ac like many other dealers were offering). I was told that within 2 days the stabilizer would be delivered. After 2 days were over one mr. Narayan said it would take 2 more days. After 4 days were over he shamelessly asked for 2 more days saying there was no stock. After 6 days were over, i finally spoke to one mr. Chandru who said the stock had arrived while narayan said they were still out of stock. One mr. Monish posing as a manager said the consignment had met with an accident and so there was a delay and finally asked for 2 more days time. He gave a committment that by 14th may (I. E. 4 days later) he would have the stabilizer installed at my home.
            On 14th after waiting for the entire day i called up girias's landline number and asked for the appliances section manager monish. Now i am told he is not manager but mr. Arun is the manager. It appears that when i wanted to speak to the manager to report the delay 5 days ago anybody would pose as a manager and speak on the phone. Now mr. Arun like all other people i spoke on the phone was not at all concerned to address my issue. He point blank told that he cannot send it today and will send it tomorrow again taking me for a ride as the next day was a sunday and no technician would come to fit the stabilizer to the ac unit. Arun is such ill-mannered that he banged the phone even before the conversation was over. Some of the reasons i got from him on the phone were...
            1. There is no vehicle to send the stabilizer as both their auto drivers had gone home. When i asked why could they not hire an outside auto and delier on their promise, these girias people said they cannot send that way.
            2. Then arun said there are a lot of customers at their showroom and they cannot spend time to resolve my concern. This was the most shameless and irresponsible reason i have heard from any store manager in my life.. As if i was not the customer anymore since they had done the sales part and were only looking to rope in more new customers with least concern of providing complete and proper service to existing customers.
            3. Then the persons answering the landline (Most ill-mannered and speak disrespectfully) said they will find out if technician was available the next day else the stabilizer would be sent on monday.
            4. Arun was even ok if i approached consumer court with my complaint. He seemed to behave as if he was doing me a favor by saying that he was sending the stabilizer the next day despite the committment after a delay of alomst 15 days.
            5. Arun and even other persons who spoke on the phone said the ac comes with 5 yrs compressor warranty and you can use it without stabilizer, and if anything happens they would be responsible. This audacity they have despite the fact that the warranty terms clearly mention that the stabilizer must be used with the unit.

            Mr. Arun and the rude speaking sales person are all hand in glove because when i demanded to knnw the names of the people at the counter who had answered the phone and spoken to me such disrespectfully he said there are 6 people and he cannot give all their names. When i asked atleast give me the names of 1-2 people among them, he did not provide their names too. This arun who is the manager at girias is promoting a culture of rudeness and careless shabby service to existing customers by consistently failing to provide timely and complete services, and by supporing and himself setting an example of rude behaviour for his staff.


            I repent having purchased this ac from girias. Had i purchasd from harsha or other dealers who had the stock of stabilizers and provide a respectful service i would have saved my rs 200 over phone calls and the trouble i had to go through. These buggers at girias had told me that llyod ac service has issues... I now wonder it might not be llyod service that is incompetent but the service of these buggers at girias. They are trying to shift the blame on llyod and start over again with a new brand... But their old habits of cheating public rarely die.

              I have purchased 5 nos of bajaj pc2000dlx aircoolers from girias anna nagar showroom, on 16th of april 2016 invoice no cs/anr/97811. The people have delivered 5 sealed boxes on the same day by 7pm not by company vehicle delivered by there staffs in two wheeler. When i opened the box i found 3 pieces are totally damaged on front portion. I have informed them they told that we r not responsible try to contact bajaj customer care. Then what is the use for me buying a new product. I have struggled with them and returned 3 damaged pieces to them on next day. They have replaced 3 pieces on showing that there is no damage and fans are working fine. When i started using i found one piece honey comb filter is broken inside. And another is leakge problem another one is working fine. Again i was started to struggled with customer care. After so many followups they given a replacement stickers and replaced new product for the honey comb damaged piece. The product with leakage problem which needs to replace water tank and a knob to be replace. The issue is still not resolved i have following up with customer service till date same not resolved. Here the service guys are saying the problem is with the retailer was not handling the products properly. And confirmed only the product purchased from girias has this kind of issues. I kindly suggest peoples to dont choose girias any more.

                I visited your branch at Anna Nagar on 4.5.16 at 7.15pm to purchase Ac. Initially sales person Mr velumani attended and I finalized the deal to purchase with bajaj finance. Within 5minutes, he asked me to wait and left.

                Almost one hour we were left with no one to attend. After so many reminders with the store manager with no use.

                After 1.30 minutes wasting time again I reached manager, but no use. Again he asked me to wait further. Later with no one to attend, I complained with manager and sales person that I am leaving the store. But both sales person and manger is not bothered at loosing the customer and they were not worried and happily chatting with others and attending to personal phone calls.

                In my life I haven't seen such worst service to the customer at any store. Will giriyas loose their reputation by these employees. Look into it immediately.

                    I have booked and paid full amount for ac in chennai trade centre grias expo after giving assurance of sales manager ( mr.David) that same day delivery( by own) and next day installation. He told me to get a product in ambattur show room meet mr. Kumar ...Then i went there and i had a bad experience . I shown the bill to mr.Kumar ( sales executive, ambattur) and he said wait thats all ..He was busy with the new customer and not care about paid customer(Me). I waited so long standing and i asked him what is this then he was saying its not my problem its your problem ( that also in mur mur sound in dis respect words). After long time some porter boy came to me and said this was your product. Then i have taken my product with that boy help to keep in my car.. Then i asked mr.Kumar what about my free prodoct ( gift voucher + tower fan) . Simply in arragant face he was replying that ohh ok wait... Then he given the gift voucher and he said tower fan nill stock...Then i asked i cannot come for this again... He said thats not my problem again he started in mur mur sound... I got irritated then i called mr. David he said another with in two days i will send the product to your local address in chennai. Then next day am calling for more than 100 times for installation to mr. David and he was saying with in 10 minutes i ill call back sir but i did n't get a call . The whole day i was waiting with lot mental tension... Day after tomorrow i called the chennai girias customer care they said i resolve the problem...Till now my problem is not resolved...

                        I bought a SHARP 1.5Ton AC at Tamberam (Chennai) GIRIAS.

                        During my showroom visit sales executive explained many features such as Indoor unit LCD display, 4 way swing, 3 years indoor unit product warranty.

                        But after installation SHARP staff told me this is basic model AC, So in this model LCD display, 4way swing, 3years warranty not possible.

                        After that I called to showroom persons they didn't pickup my call. Then I visit to directly to showroom explain my issue to manager. He told this is not our mistake this is my sales executive wrong commitment so we are not take responds to this issue.

                        This my experience very very worst experience.

                          This is to bring to your notice about the improper / incomplete installation of Daiken A/C unit at my residence,

                          I bought the above mentioned Daiken A/C with one of its dealers, girias on 2nd March 2016 and they had sent a service engineer on Sunday, 6th March 2016. The service engineer installed the outdoor unit and the indoor unit separately but couldn't complete the installation since it was late for them. The service engineer said that they would come and complete the installation but despite umpteen reminder calls they are not giving any proper response, till date. Hence I am raising this complaint.

                            Had worst experience, no installation after buying 2 Lloyd AC's when ever calling the people they tell we will come in 1 hour 2 hours. they don't care for customer whose appointments are fixed 2 days prior. I called up the Installation person 2 days prior for fixing the appointment. they agreed for Wednesday and when called Wed morning they are like will send the person by 11, when called by 11 they replied will be sending by 1 & later when i called by 2.30 they are not ready to speak and their only answer was will sen the person.
                            GIRIAS Team first have a professionalism for your customer.

                              Brought a Samsung AC from salem Girias for our chennai home in 2014.
                              Now the Cooling problem arises.So we requested for a service on 03.02.2016 with proper and original bill.but still now there is no response from the salem showroom.Whenever we ask they say we have communicated it to coimbatore office.We are really fed up with the service.the response is too bad and even worst.
                              We have a music recording studio in chennai which defenitely needs an AC.We have our work pending and waiting for the company persons to response.

                                Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased LG 360 Ltr Fridge on 29th Dec'15 from your Adyar Store through Bajaj finance. At the time of purchase, i was informed that the original bill will go to Bajaj Finance and i will be receiving the 2nd copy (Green colour bill) at the time of delivery of material. They gave only a xerox copy of the bill on 29th Dec'15.

                                At the time of purchase, they guaranteed that the product will be dispatched...

                                I ordered an Samsung rt27jarmary refrigerator at virugambakkam girias store on 1 st January 2016 which they gave word rodeliver the next day, we waited for 2 days and called them. They said its out of stock and will be delivered in 2 days. On 4 the day we called again for which the sales executive said its still out of stock and if indexed immediately he will give me the fridge which was damaged in the godown due to December chennai rains.he threatened me he would deliver the damaged product ifI force and asked me to wait. WE waited for another 2daysand finally complained to the manager regarding this. He said he will deal with it and sent us the display piece which he had in the shop which had scratches and dust and inside parts side stand and cools pad which they told they would give were missing. We are in a helpless situation, please take action. Please don't ever buy any products at Girias. Very very poor customer satisfaction, poor quality and poor delivery of products.

                                I ordered an Samsung rt27jarmary refrigerator at virugambakkam girias store on 1 st January 2016 which they gave word to deliver the next day, we waited for 2 days and called them. They said its out of stock and will be delivered in 2 days.                                   I bought a fridge in exchange offer in Girias on 1st Jan 2016, dealer promised to deliver the product on next day (02nd Jan2016) but they delivered on 03Jan2016 after two three time follow-ups only i got. Dealer doesn't included the exchange product price in the new product bill. Dealer told me to get the exchange product money during at the time of delivery and took the old fridge without giving the money. when i called them they are asking excuses and asking me to call/come tomorrow... No one is there to listen my complaints and solve this issue. This my worst experience with this dealer.
