I purchased one Volta's 1.5 ton air conditioner from Girias keel kattalai showroom on 2nd April 2022. Engineer installed the ac and mother board is having issue. We were waiting for the ac engineer to replace the faulty device and install the new device however it is not done till now. This needs to be taken as complaint as they are providing not proper support to their customers....

Looks like Girias is not valuing their customer.

Tried to reach the hot line and someone was picked and kept the receiver aside on the table which was really disgusting.
