Good morning sir my name is manoj kumar, i have bought more establisment from you, two days ago, i had come to your company, why would you say that the cooker is free for the purchase of air conditioner, i went there and asked your staff for information, i have him asked before and he did not answer correctly, ok i so i got the stuffi needed, i needed ro water, i asked your staff if the house needed it, the anwer he gave, everything is stuck in your home as an electronic item's, you will die at the age 60 and you will die at the age of 40, that's what he told me ask and you will know that I can fight within your company, yet one of the reason why I did not fight there was because I was one I am the manager for the company if I fight there customers there may frown, now knowing that, i stepped back, he must have responded to that word, if not I will do what I can, I really like your Company, do not act by keeping employees like this, I need respect for myself, he needs to talk to me, his name is ramasamy

Hi, i have purchased washing ( Whirlpool) from girias RT nagar branch. They took 3 days to get it delivered after several times of follow up. Later i had also purchased washing machine stand and cover, i have made the payment but i haven't received the products yet. I have called the store more then 10times it's been 2 weeks for now and the only reply i get is tha " it will be delivered tomorrow" the order hasnt reached it. This is worst service by one of the known appliances brand, worst service and worst customer care. Mallikarjuna is the seller and the manager of the store is fooling & is responsible. I need refund for this rediculous service provided by girias RT nagar branch blr.

Girias dealership is unreliable and cannot be trusted with the products they sell. Very disappointed service and absolutely not satisfied. Their salesperson was unknowledgeable and refused to hear consumer complaint. After purchasing 3 burner Preethi Blu flame power burner gas stove, we found a product defect. Girias dealership refused to exchange but later agreed after looking at the product. Now they changed their mind and they refused to exchange with an argument that billing cannot be cancelled, even though Preethi company technician confirmed the defect. Very deceiving and dishonest salesman and owners. Do not recommend business with this dealership, ever.

I had purchased a LG double door fridge from Girias for last last week.
Once received the fridge in my home when I was opened I saw shocked bcoz its damaged for 3 and 4 place after that I'll inform the showroom about the problem they are not answer probably they said not my side mistake LG service people only response this problem and again I call LG people they said not my problem u can call showroom both people blamed the issues.

I purchased one Volta's 1.5 ton air conditioner from Girias keel kattalai showroom on 2nd April 2022. Engineer installed the ac and mother board is having issue. We were waiting for the ac engineer to replace the faulty device and install the new device however it is not done till now. This needs to be taken as complaint as they are providing not proper support to their customers.

I bought a double door refrigerator on last year April (purchase bill is attached with this mail). Details are below

There was a issue (no cooling and noise) with this refrigerator a month ago.

The service guy came a month ago to check the issue and he replaced the compressor. After this, the refrigerator was working good for about a month and all of a sudden, the same issue showed up on Monday (21.03.2022).

I was very disappointed of this issue which is occuring soo frequently within a year and I know that for a brand new refrigerator will not be faulty soo much as I am facing this problems. All the items in my refrigerator is spoiling and it happened twice.

The service guy/representative told today that he will change the compressor and I am not at all happy with this solution.

It is my humble request for you that please replace the whole refrigerator and provide me a new one instead.

I hope you will consider this issue and my request as a repeated customer of whirlpool.

Girias home appliances seller has delivered us a fault product and still not ready to replace the product - now its been more than 20days

I have purchased LG Microwave on 26th Nov 2021 from Girias Investment P Ltd church road bangalore branch but still my product is not delivered.. I have tried several time and remind them to deliver the product but still they are least bothered to deliver at my address... I have paid the full amount and paid my two emi's through my credit card... This is the worst service i have undergone... They are very bad at service after the sale has been done... I want my product to be delivered at earliest else will go and file the complaint

I have emailed my query to Girias mail id [protected]@giriasindia.com on Nov 3, 2021, 12:03 PM. However, Haven't received any update so far.
It was a simple query that was asked to provide a duplicate soft copy of the purchase.

Looks like Girias is not valuing their customer.

Tried to reach the hot line and someone was picked and kept the receiver aside on the table which was really disgusting.
