We purchased a Racold water heater on 5th November 2021. The salesman promised that installation will be done on Monday 8th nov. Today is Tuesday, and still we have no proper response. Whenever we call they are saying that installation will be done before today! But no one called us for installation till now (2.30pm 9th nov 2021). This type of customer service is unexpected and this being our first purchase experience are fully disappointed.

    I purchased refrigerators and washing machine from girias showroom at mugappair west . Their manager dhayanithi behaves worstly. Their gave me a improper answering for my related enquiries. Worst feeling at girias mugappair west branch

      To whomsoever it may concern..

      I purchased OnePlus Nord 2( 12/256GB variant) on 12/9/2021, the price of this variant is 34999..from Girias coles road outlet, Bangalore Karnataka..I bought this via Bajaj finance, at the time of payment the Bajaj finance executive "Mr Syed" he didn't said anything about the hidden charges and just asked me to the pay the down payment of 15930 Rupees and didn't said anything about the EMI's and asked me to come after a day, he said that it takes time to complete the process and it will take some time to generate the EMI's..as per he said I went to the outlet the next day and was surprised to know that I have been charged 4267 rupees as Dealer interest..when I asked him about the extra charges he said that it is Bajaj finance that has charged the extra amount..to check out the same I visited Bajaj finance office and the person at the premises said me that it is the dealer (Girias) that has charged the extra amount..

      I purchased the phone blindly as I know that Bajaj finance doesn't charge anything extra as it provides interest free loans..

      I'm totally pissed off of the experience I had at your store it is only because of the Bajaj finance executive "Mr Syed" as he didn't said anything about the hidden charges he said that I might be knowing about the same!! How I will be knowing?? am I working for the company??

      I want the refund of the extra amount that I have been charged, If I don't get it the refund then I’ll go public’. It’s enough to say ‘I was really happy with you, and would have recommended you to all my friends, but now I don’t think I will as I had such a bad experience..

      I might also file a suit in the consumer court for the same in the future if I don't get response from your end.

        I had purchased a Neo QLed Samsung 65" TV along with Samsung HW-A670 sound bar from Girias (2nd block, HRBR Layout, Bangalore-560043) on 4/10/2021 vide Invoice no.CrS/HB/2317 dated 4/10/2021. While the TV was delivered on 5/10/2021, the sound bar has yet to be delivered inspite of several follow up with the sales team at the outlet over telephone and messages. Each time I am informed that it will be delivered 'tomorrow' but still even after 22 days delivery is not made. The sales people are not even taking phone calls from me nor updating me on status. I am very disappointed with this attitude from the outlet which is very customer unfriendly and causing harassment and tension to me. Please arrange to have the sound bar delivered immediately. A copy of the invoice is attached.

          We purchased this mentioned product on 07/09/2021, but instead of delivering a new product your branch staff packed the same product that was kept for display. Although we refused they convinced us and packed the same product. Later opening the product at home we found that one of the jar was already damaged and the lid wasn't able to close and performance was not as expected. We requested your branch staff to replace this faulty product but they aren't agreeing. Please consider our feed and do the needful. FYI we received a product kept for display, not an unopened box. We are totally unhappy with this experience.

              Bought a Faber stove on 10th July 2021 from Girias show room Hosur, Tamilnadu.
              Within 3 – 4 days o[censored]sage, the top glass got full of cracks while cooking & became non-usable.
              Following with authorised Faber customer care service Hosur (ph: [protected])– but not resolved yet.
              call history:
              6th aug - Called customer care & made a complaint.
              20th aug - Local Service mechanic came with a wrong model top glass & left the wrong glass with me. He also left all the parts of the stove in open condition saying that he will come with the right one shortly.
              30-aug - Hosur Faber authorized service centre followed up & said currently there is no availability of stock of right glass top & it could take around 1 week to replace.
              31-aug – Service centre mechanic came & took the wrong glass he brought earlier.
              6- sep – After my follow up, Hosur Faber authorized service centre says it could take 2 more weeks approximately to replace the glass top.
              Take this issue seriously, Need your quick on when you will be able to replace.

                We have bought preethi valentino 3 burner stove for a housewarming function. We have unpacked the burner after two weeks of purchase on function day morning . The middle burner was not litting the fire when turn it to Sim mode. I have called nagercoil branch where we purachased and asked for replacement of stove and they disagreed for the same due to the gap between the purchase and the day we found the issue ( but to us its a new stove opened on that function day and same moment we found this issue). They sent preethi mainitance people and they changed some valve and they told issue is resolved. Again we face that issue for one more burner ( this time the issue with burners) again i called and checked for replacement .they disagreed and they again sent a person from preethi to do a maintane .also gas leakage issue is there. I m so disappointment for the first time with Girias shopping. In the same shop for the same function i have booked fridge also . I did my entire home appliances shopping at chennai velachery branch ( more than 2 lakhs ) and the product was so good. So i opt nagercoil girias . But very bad response and disappointed just for 8k stove .if you can replace it will be helpful.

                  I bought a new washing machine from Karur Girias 4days back just only 4 days now the door of the washing machine is not fixing properly
                  While I purchase is asked for exchange my old washing machine they told the delivery time they will settle while the delivery is sked the old machine replace the delivery people told.karur Girias manger never inform any
                  Then I call Karur Girias manger and ask him the replacement of my old machine he directly told me.
                  SELL BY YOURSELF
                  Is this way Ur manger talk to costemer

                    Respected sir/madam im a customer of girias.. i purchased Samsung washing machine from girias in Marathahalli, Bangalore, i lost my original bill there is a problem in machine now..service person is demanding for a bill, Can i get a duplicate one. how to get duplicate bill .
                    I am tired of calling store, customer care, contact multiple emails.

                    Please help in this regards.

                        Hey, I have been booked and fully automatic washing machine on 22nd Jul'21 and delivered date for next that was on 23rd Jul'21 as per there promise the have sent an delivery without any proper care and they have load the washing machine in passenger auto and complete washing machine outer package was complete wet and it was under damaged condition and the auto driver was complete drunk and was abusing and demanding for Rs 500/- as delivery charges, when i have complaint the respective outlet manager on above concern, even one store manager was asking us to take and delivery in same condition and told this how they will send the all the product to the customer, which i have refused and returned back the product without accepting, Post which again new EDD was committed by the store stating they will delivery the product in proper manner 27th Jul'21 after long argument and again when they have tried dispatching the product me, the upper glass door was under damage condition and when i have requested for cancellation the sale staff started arguing this will be not cancelled and they were forcing to take this damage product, Requesting they concern stack holder to take an necessary action against the store and staff and have some semblance in your bloody policy and make your staff professional, Requesting all whomever is purchasing the product thru Girias please don't buy/purchase they make customer fools and give defective products.                               I brought a HP laptop (15ec0100AX ) model from girias Nelamangala store but I informed him to bring HP laptop (15-ec1021AX) model and he brought and billed it and gave me that laptop and I request him to change it but he said no sir we are sorry.. but I'm requesting to change the model and I'm hoping for ur reply

                                I went a Shop in Nelamangala I request them a laptop (HP pavilion gaming laptop 15ec- 1021AX) but he brought HP pavilion gaming laptop 15ec-0100AX and billed it and after he showed me and I request to change but he refused it and said that sorry sir we billed it we can't change and I request many times in front of my friend and all he refused it and I'm raising serious issue... request them to change I'll pay charges amount

                                  Dear sir/mam,

                                  Hope you are all safe...!!!

                                  We purchased AC and TV in Girias T Nagar branch on 27.06.2021. ( Sunday ). As it was Sunday they said that they will supply the materials by tomorrow ( Monday 28.06.2021 ) between 11:00AM -1:00PM. But we didn’t received the material.

                                  We followed the sales person and Branch manager Mr. Kumar for delay despatch. But no response from them. Tuesday at 6:30PM only we received the material.

                                  AC:

                                  Company name: Samsung
                                  Model No: AR12TY30CBR with display
                                  Type: Inverter
                                  Qty: 1 no
                                  Price: Rs 31, 200

                                  In showroom we selected the above mentioned model no and done payment for the same and they said the stock is available.

                                  But the supplied model has no display.

                                  We enquired this about Mr. Kumar T nagar branch manager, he trying to convincing us to use the without display model.

                                  MI Tv:

                                  Model: 43’’ UHD 4K
                                  PRICE: Rs 30, 000

                                  We received the selected model only. But still now the Girias team didn’t booked a call with MI for installation.

                                  We followed the MI team and booked a call today afternoon.

                                  Note:

                                  We contacting Girias team for these issue, but they dealing the issue in a lethargic manner.

                                  We really fed up and fainted to follow them.

                                  Kindly replace the AC with our selected model immediately or get back the material and refund our amount.

                                  Pl. Find the attached bill copy for your reference.

                                  Kindly look into this and close the issue shortly.

                                    I paid full amount (invoice number - Crs/Kp/303) for side by side door LG refrigerator, they said product will be delivered with in 3 days or within 1 week but its already 9 days product not delivered and no information when they deliver.

                                    Kindly take necessary steps to make delivery with in 2 days otherwise I will go further escalations, even I can lodge cheating case as money already paid.

                                        Sir I have purchased the above mentioned TV on 8th June 2018 from Girias RT Nagar branch, now the TV has got problem of display only verticle lines on it. I have contacted concerned branch but no response. So l am contacting you please rectify.
