Respected sir/madam im a customer of girias.. i purchased Samsung washing machine from girias in Marathahalli, Bangalore, i lost my original bill there is a problem in machine now..service person is demanding for a bill, Can i get a duplicate one. how to get duplicate bill .
I am tired of calling store, customer care, contact multiple emails.

Please help in this regards.

Hey, I have been booked and fully automatic washing machine on 22nd Jul'21 and delivered date for next that was on 23rd Jul'21 as per there promise the have sent an delivery without any proper care and they have load the washing machine in passenger auto and complete washing machine outer package was complete wet and it was under damaged condition and the auto driver was complete drunk and was abusing and demanding for Rs 500/- as delivery charges, when i have complaint the respective outlet manager on above concern, even one store manager was asking us to take and delivery in same condition and told this how they will send the all the product to the customer, which i have refused and returned back the product without accepting, Post which again new EDD was committed by the store stating they will delivery the product in proper manner 27th Jul'21 after long argument and again when they have tried dispatching the product me, the upper glass door was under damage condition and when i have requested for cancellation the sale staff started arguing this will be not cancelled and they were forcing to take this damage product, Requesting they concern stack holder to take an necessary action against the store and staff and have some semblance in your bloody policy and make your staff professional, Requesting all whomever is purchasing the product thru Girias please don't buy/purchase they make customer fools and give defective products. On 05th of July 2021i have purchased Refrigerator and Stabilizer from Girias showroom, Kilkattalai, Chennai 600117. For Stabilizer, the Product amount is MRP Rs.1935, but Girias have billed Rs.1950. I have attached both Bill copy and MRP. When i enquired Girias, they haven't given me the proper clarification on this. Person contact details - Deva ([protected]) and the Branch Manager Seetu([protected]).

I faced worst customer service today. Hereafter i will never visit and suggest Girias to anyone.

I brought a HP laptop (15ec0100AX ) model from girias Nelamangala store but I informed him to bring HP laptop (15-ec1021AX) model and he brought and billed it and gave me that laptop and I request him to change it but he said no sir we are sorry.. but I'm requesting to change the model and I'm hoping for ur reply

I went a Shop in Nelamangala I request them a laptop (HP pavilion gaming laptop 15ec- 1021AX) but he brought HP pavilion gaming laptop 15ec-0100AX and billed it and after he showed me and I request to change but he refused it and said that sorry sir we billed it we can't change and I request many times in front of my friend and all he refused it and I'm raising serious issue... request them to change I'll pay charges amount

We purchased AC and TV in Girias T Nagar branch on 27.06.2021. ( Sunday ). As it was Sunday they said that they will supply the materials by tomorrow ( Monday 28.06.2021 ) between 11:00AM -1:00PM. But we didn’t received the material.

We followed the sales person and Branch manager Mr. Kumar for delay despatch. But no response from them. Tuesday at 6:30PM only we received the material.

AC:

Type: Inverter
Qty: 1 no
Price: Rs 31, 200

In showroom we selected the above mentioned model no and done payment for the same and they said the stock is available.

But the supplied model has no display.

We enquired this about Mr. Kumar T nagar branch manager, he trying to convincing us to use the without display model.

MI Tv:

Model: 43’’ UHD 4K
PRICE: Rs 30, 000

We received the selected model only. But still now the Girias team didn’t booked a call with MI for installation.

We followed the MI team and booked a call today afternoon.

Note:

We contacting Girias team for these issue, but they dealing the issue in a lethargic manner.

We really fed up and fainted to follow them.

Kindly replace the AC with our selected model immediately or get back the material and refund our amount.

Pl. Find the attached bill copy for your reference.

Kindly look into this and close the issue shortly.

I paid full amount (invoice number - Crs/Kp/303) for side by side door LG refrigerator, they said product will be delivered with in 3 days or within 1 week but its already 9 days product not delivered and no information when they deliver.

Kindly take necessary steps to make delivery with in 2 days otherwise I will go further escalations, even I can lodge cheating case as money already paid.

Sir I have purchased the above mentioned TV on 8th June 2018 from Girias RT Nagar branch, now the TV has got problem of display only verticle lines on it. I have contacted concerned branch but no response. So l am contacting you please rectify.

Hi, My Name Mahesh from Pondicherry, I've Purchased Lloyd AC on 21.04.2021 at Pondicherry Girias branch, They delivered different model no. which is not as per invoice and also it is 2019 model. i've contacted the branch, they said to return the product and returned to the branch. I've asked the branch to give other similar product. but the branch said, there is no stock and wait for some time. after few days i didn't any product and any updates from branch. I've told the branch manager, namely Deva to return back my money. Sofar i didn't get my money.
Sales team and the branch manager are not answered responsibly.
Kindly look into this issue and give back my money at the earliest.

Brought a/c from Girias, RA puram, Chennai. He gave wrong info inspite of we asking and query again and again. Now LG airconditioner gives lot of noise and they are saying they cannot reduce noise. Our main requirement was low noise airconditioner.

Kanish Kumar here with a complaint that is deeply unprofessional on Girias behavior.

On April 14th 2021, I ordered a Lloyd 1 ton 5 Star model Inverter split AC [MODEL: LS12I56WBEL] at the Girias showroom located at New No. 25, Mahalingapuram High Road, Chennai 600034.
I asked multiple times before billing if the AC was 2021 model. Both the employee at the store Mr.Vinoth and the Manager, Mr.Prakash assured me it is 2021 model.

When i received the AC today noon around 03:00 PM, i checked for the details on the AC Unit and it shows that it was manufactured in November 2020 and the label period on the unit indicates that it ends with December 2020.

I had called Mr.Vinoth on this issue and raised a concern with him. He Claims that it will have the date 3-4 months in prior only but it is a model manufactured in the year 2021. I am at a confusion here why would the box bear the manufacture date as November 2020. [Find the attached pictures on the box that was delivered along with the bill]
I am clearly understanding that i have been cheated on this purchase by the store persons & this disgusts me deeply.

Demanding an explanation for the same and get the unit replaced.

On 1st April, 2021, I purchased 2(two) LG Make of A.C. Split(Inverter) MS-Q 18UVXA(1.5 TON, 3 Star) with the assumption the FREE OFFERS automatically would be provided to me. But to my utter disappointment I was only offered Stabilizer, which again LG, one of the Market Leaders, would have certainly provided. I put up my request to your Cash Counter Manager, who seldom speaks, two Free Items, FREE INSTALATION & FREE PACKAGE HOLIDAY. being offered by your Company. The worst point the Sales Guy, who was discussing with us did not utter anything about Free Items. Next day once again I telephoned to him about these points. He said Okay on Saturday I will try for two Family Packages, of course, for two A.Cs., and would come back on Monday, the 5th inst. And I am yet to receive the coupons.
At this juncture, I have to point out that any item being offered FREE with full publication in News Papers also legally, I am sure, you cannot bring out any changes. It means two contradictory actions, In fact, even the Consumer Court, will not accept your negative action on the above cases.
The fixation of 2 A.Cs. were charged around Rs.3000 for one and Rs. 6, 000/. For the other.
Simply put our experience / charges were not in line with your ad. I am confident, you will come out with favorable actions.
