Address: Kanakapura road branch

I paid full amount (invoice number - Crs/Kp/303) for side by side door LG refrigerator, they said product will be delivered with in 3 days or within 1 week but its already 9 days product not delivered and no information when they deliver.

Kindly take necessary steps to make delivery with in 2 days otherwise I will go further escalations, even I can lodge cheating case as money already paid.

      Sir I have purchased the above mentioned TV on 8th June 2018 from Girias RT Nagar branch, now the TV has got problem of display only verticle lines on it. I have contacted concerned branch but no response. So l am contacting you please rectify.

        Hi, My Name Mahesh from Pondicherry, I've Purchased Lloyd AC on 21.04.2021 at Pondicherry Girias branch, They delivered different model no. which is not as per invoice and also it is 2019 model. i've contacted the branch, they said to return the product and returned to the branch. I've asked the branch to give other similar product. but the branch said, there is no stock and wait for some time. after few days i didn't any product and any updates from branch. I've told the branch manager, namely Deva to return back my money. Sofar i didn't get my money.
        Sales team and the branch manager are not answered responsibly.
        Kindly look into this issue and give back my money at the earliest.

            Brought a/c from Girias, RA puram, Chennai. He gave wrong info inspite of we asking and query again and again. Now LG airconditioner gives lot of noise and they are saying they cannot reduce noise. Our main requirement was low noise airconditioner.

                Kanish Kumar here with a complaint that is deeply unprofessional on Girias behavior.

                On April 14th 2021, I ordered a Lloyd 1 ton 5 Star model Inverter split AC [MODEL: LS12I56WBEL] at the Girias showroom located at New No. 25, Mahalingapuram High Road, Chennai 600034.
                I asked multiple times before billing if the AC was 2021 model. Both the employee at the store Mr.Vinoth and the Manager, Mr.Prakash assured me it is 2021 model.

                When i received the AC today noon around 03:00 PM, i checked for the details on the AC Unit and it shows that it was manufactured in November 2020 and the label period on the unit indicates that it ends with December 2020.

                I had called Mr.Vinoth on this issue and raised a concern with him. He Claims that it will have the date 3-4 months in prior only but it is a model manufactured in the year 2021. I am at a confusion here why would the box bear the manufacture date as November 2020. [Find the attached pictures on the box that was delivered along with the bill]
                I am clearly understanding that i have been cheated on this purchase by the store persons & this disgusts me deeply.

                Demanding an explanation for the same and get the unit replaced.

                      Fridge is not working properly

                      I am, an extremely disappointed Buyer, on account of indifference shown by your Sales guys at your Marathahalli outlet and forced to bring out the irregularities before you
                      On 1st April, 2021, I purchased 2(two) LG Make of A.C. Split(Inverter) MS-Q 18UVXA(1.5 TON, 3 Star) with the assumption the FREE OFFERS automatically would be provided to me. But to my utter disappointment I was only offered Stabilizer, which again LG, one of the Market Leaders, would have certainly provided. I put up my request to your Cash Counter Manager, who seldom speaks, two Free Items, FREE INSTALATION & FREE PACKAGE HOLIDAY. being offered by your Company. The worst point the Sales Guy, who was discussing with us did not utter anything about Free Items. Next day once again I telephoned to him about these points. He said Okay on Saturday I will try for two Family Packages, of course, for two A.Cs., and would come back on Monday, the 5th inst. And I am yet to receive the coupons.
                      At this juncture, I have to point out that any item being offered FREE with full publication in News Papers also legally, I am sure, you cannot bring out any changes. It means two contradictory actions, In fact, even the Consumer Court, will not accept your negative action on the above cases.
                      The fixation of 2 A.Cs. were charged around Rs.3000 for one and Rs. 6, 000/. For the other.
                      Simply put our experience / charges were not in line with your ad. I am confident, you will come out with favorable actions.

                        Sir today I purchased whirlpool 360 bloomwash 7.5 kg but they are knowingly giving us stainwash also for half kilometers they are charging 400 rupees as delivery charges the employees behavior and attitude is very worst I feel the branch manager is involving in some other illegal activity so please take care.. Amount I have paid but still I not receive my products..

                          On 4th April, I have bough MS-Q18KNYA1, LG 1.4 STAR SPLIT AC from Girias Nolambur, showroom Chennai. During sale I was told that installation would cost 1500/- all inclusive. When LG person came he quoted 5000/- which was incorrect.
                          1. This installation was being done in same place where my old Samsung AC was there. So NO additional drilling, NO wiring work .
                          2. Samsung AC utilised same 3 metre coil. The LG person said additional 4 metre is required which is wrong.
                          3. He also said gas top up is required. On a new AC Gas top up?
                          4. I had a new stand. But he insisted on his stand and charges 250/-
                          I reached out to Girias multiple times, even visited their showroom to assist. All they did was asked me to sit and nothing happened. 7 days have gone by my AC is still in box packed. Madhav

                            I am Eing Commander D Ganapati. I had booked an 1.5 ton window o general AC on 01 Apr 21 with Girias Avadi branch. I had also paid the amount by card on the same day. The manager Mr. Janaki Raman promised to get it installled on 5th April but the ac has not been delivered till now and nor the staff attending to the calls. On visit the branch in person by my representative Mr. Verma the branch manager now says after 10 days that O general manufactures very less number of window ACs and thus I may take any other brand. This is cheating and deceite apart from causing incovinience and worst trade practices. My amount with damages be immideately returned to me so that I can take up the matter in consumer court. There is no reply to my earlier complaint too.

                              I had placed an order for AC 1.5 ton brand O General and made the payment for the same on Thursday, 01 Apr 21. The AC was promised to be delivered by 06th Apr owing to non- availability of stock in store. However it is not delivered yet and the showroom phone numbers are also not attended by the branch including the manager's number. Such anti- customer practices not understood.

                                    I made the payment for Hitachi 1.5 Ton 5 Star AC 2021 model on 22/03/2021.
                                    They did not deliver the product for the next two days.I stayed at home to recieve teh product by cancelling all my plans including hospital appointments.
                                    Every two hours when we called the store they said driver is on the way and will get delivered soon.This went on and on for 48 hours.They spoke well cooked stories which are only lies and cheated us continually.
                                    When I went to store tonight when I asked to coonect with the store manger one of the sales executive represented himself as store manager.When I asked for ID card as I could sense he is cheating me to cover up their mistakeshe said we dont have ID card in GIRIAS so they have decided to cheat the innocent customers.
                                    I am raising this charge to not only get justice for me but the future innocent customers.
                                    After regular follow up they delivered 2019 model and did not deliver the voltage stabilizer along with the AC during the delivery.
                                    When I contacted the Store they said the next day they will send and did not respond responsively over the phone.
                                    But having the worst experience to get the product delivered after 2 days despite of making full payment.
                                    I went to the store and reported they have delivered 2019 model they are not tructing my word
                                    and they sent me back saying we will send the store executives tomorrow to verify whether it s 2019 product then they will inform it seems what they can do next.

                                    Its such a horrible experience despite of paying hard earned money to get the product to beat this summer
                                    I have been running behind these store people to make them do their job.
                                    For 5 km distance they charged 250 rupees delivery charge when I said I will take in my own transport /by hiring
                                    an auto they refused to give the product and scared me by saying it may get damaged if we take in auto so we will send in Tempo.
                                    But they ended up sending in auto and forced me to pay 250 rs.

                                    I need justice from GIRIAS by replacing the 2019 model with 2021 model and give compensation for all this mental & physical torcher they provided.
