Girias India Investment — Delay in installation | |
We purchased a Racold water heater on 5th November 2021. The salesman promised that installation will be done on Monday 8th nov. Today is Tuesday, and still we have no proper response. Whenever we call they are saying that installation will be done before today! But no one called us for installation till now (2.30pm 9th nov 2021). This type of customer service is unexpected and this being our first purchase experience are fully disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |
