Claim settlement

Address: Hyderabad

I was admitted in hospital on 22.05.2023 for hip replacement surgery and released on 27.05.2023.
As per insurance clause I have send hard copy of all original documents through courier on 26.09.2023 and acknowledge by TPA(FHPL) on 28.09.2023.
First they have rejected all by documents, later I understand that they entered wrong input.

Delay in providing details for claiming secondary insurance

The hospital has provided necessary documents for approval but the fhpl insurance company is not responding, and the customer care pple are also not replying properly. Cataract surgery cashless approval

I want to have cataract surgery done for my father. We contacted ASG eye hospital in Jaipur which is one of the network hospital. We were told at TPA desk there that they do not entertain cashless as New India assurance is a government company and they entertain cashless for private insurance companies only as there are some issues/talks going on with government insurance companies. Maternity coverage policy

I have requested for maternity coverage for my delivery. But the claim was rejected considering as it's 3rd pregnancy. 1st - miscarriage happened during 1st trimister on 2014 and this was considered as baby born and claim has rejected and 2nd delivery happened on 2016 and 3rd delivery 2021.

With your reference of grievance stated its has claim id 3429501 was under process and did not respond properly by concern FHPL TPA at the early stage.

At present the concern authority from FHPL TPA had contacted me and discuss the settlement details and then he had shared the Claim settlement voucher through via Email and assured be send the payment details after issued by SBI insurer

Claim Reimbursement Issue

I submitted all my claim documents on dated 1st April and it's almost 25 days I haven't received any confirmation regarding my reimbursement despite of my claim passed . Please let me know how much time it takes.

No response to my claim status query

Hi,

I have an open claim for my father's cataract operation. I had raised a claim in November 2020. Thereafter I have not been able to get through to the customer care except once.

Reimbursement process

What a cheap and ridiculous company fhpl is. No service, no commitment nothing. Only having one passion how to cheat customers at that difficult time when customer was physically, mentally and most importantly financly got very weak.
I was admitted in hospital for more than 20 days due to an accident and for this my total bill is about 184000 out of which 26000 was deducted by cheap fhpl
