It is such an unprofessional way of treating their customers about the company policies that the insurance claim would get resolved within a period of 15 to 21 working days as per company policy and till now against my case no: 9113768, for which I had already registered a complaint in the beginning of this month has not been resolved and still I am awaited for their reply which could solve the issue.
The only message I get from them is that the case has been escalated to the insurer so wait for either till this Friday or over the weekend as per their last email on 08/05/2017 and then till asof now nothing has been done.
It is nothing but a complete mental harassment to the customer where first, they talk about the company policies and then they tell us to wait for weeks and then for months.
It would be really advisable that the gizmo company need to understand the gravity of the situation and do something about this whole scenario at the earliest and resolve the case no: 9113768 asap. Was this information helpful? |
