Not happy with the builders people working in their Aryavat office. Staying here from last 3 months but parking is not alloted yet.
There is no proper mechanism in place to allocate the parking for each owner of flat.
No timeline for parking allotment.
From last 3 months following up with office staff to change the Builders name from electricity bill to owner name but they always say let other people come to stay here, will do after 3 more months. Did not understand how it is linked this to other people to change my light bill name.

    Gk is arrogant builder... Vinod chandwani who is owner. He is not only arrogant but very cheap person. Cheating clients.

    Quality of construction is very bad.

    Just he having power and money, he thinks himself a very big man on this earth.

    Never go for gk builder, gk associate or gk developers... We can't trust on this road side cheap builder...

    Pathetic service... Please be aware of gk builder..

      Recovery fellow asking me to pay gst amount without providing any document for project.
      From past one month he saying he will provide me document but still after one an half month i m still waiting for document.
      Please be care full while finalizing your amount at the time of possession they will ask you to pay some extra amount saying that it will be gst, tax increases etc.
      Please don't buy property here horrible exp.

        We have also booked flat in gk builders but the experience is very very worst.
        Haven't given any receipt they said till agreement they don't provide any paper.
        Too worst experience & mrs. Swati just good in talking as the sales person plays with our emotions & rahul is like he owns the gk builder very very arrogant & unprofessional.
        Please think 10 times before planning to buy flat with them.
        We give them amount on trust but they don't owe it.
        Very disappointed with the treatment.

          About GK Royal Hills Ravet, after 3 visits we decided to buy 1 bhk flat. Sales person was Dilip .
          His behavior was arrogant. They are changing rates as daily basis. we negotiated on last Saturday, on next day he increased his rates. He refused to give receipt for token amount of 1 lack rs cheque. When we inquire about cancellation terms, you should trust us, We will return your amount i[censored] cancel flat. when we ask questions related legal issues, he shouted on us.
          They are giving lavish flats only to attract customers..

            GK Developers GK Builders Complaint Feedback Review: Beware & Avoid

            GK Developers or GK Builders or now known as GK Associates...buyers please be extra careful with the GK projects and the best would be NOT to buy anything from GK.
            They started their business some 5-6 years back and are known to develop the pimple saudagar area where they still have lots of projects going on...
            They have now established themselves in the market, so now they have changed gears and started harassing the buyers....READ...

              amenties are not so good. Swimming pool looks like a baby pool. Club house and garden is also very small. Layout looks like a railway boggees. Not a very eye catching big project look. maintainance cost is too high. 1.5 rpsf.

              Sales executive has told only 5 flat are remaing in G & H building. Rated quoted Rs. 3200 sqrf. . Non negotiable. After insisting, I thought she will reduce by 50-100 rupees. looking at the surrounding area, i don't think current rates are good.

              Also visited lakshadeep palace. possession in oct 09. again quality and looks same as rajaveer palace. layout is even bad than rajaveer. 10 building 7 floors 3 flats per floor. looks like garibrath boggees. no gap betn to wings.

              except good construction quality and timely completion. nothing looked good.

              i will not book here.

              Very true, their construction quality is not at all up to the mark inspite of the fact that they charge anything that comes to their mind and on top of that they are extreamly reluctant to negotiate. They will leave number of big and small things unfinished at the time of your posession. They will not complete them and let your posession get delayed. One day you will get tired of follow up and will take the posession and then you have to follow up endlessly to get them completed but the builder only has a deaf ear. Since they have recieved all the money they are hardly bothered.

              Their present rated just do not justify the quality they deliver. Their only pride is that they have number of projects in pipeline.

              I think people should think 5 times before booking in any of their projects.

              One thing I have to say about GK is they are the most inhuman people I have seen. We are unfortunate enough to be loving in apartment next to the site where they are building a society (suncrest). They make loud banging noises till 12:00/ 1:00 in the night and start again early in the morning - sometimes as earley as 5:00. Inspite of making numerous requests, they carry on with thier work and torture us. This is for sure that this society is going to be cursed by all o[censored]s and no one atleast GK will not die a happy man.

              GK developers are big cheats...dont deliver as committed, make verbal promises and later refute them...even for leakage problems immediately after a week of possession, they refuse to fix it saying that it should have been checked at the time of possession...Even if you are willing to pay for the repairs, they ask for exorbitant charges...
              Buyers must definitely NOT buy from GK...I've been a victim of their false promises...
