GKB Lens Pvt. Ltd. — denied returned the repaired spects glass

On jan 22 2017 i purchesed police frame and lense from gkb city center 2 kolkata and in 14.5.2017 it was found manufacture defect so 15.5.2017 i went to gkb and sumited them and they took it and said they will call me when it is repaired, and due to some medical problem i could not went and pickup the galss so on 28.8.2017 i went to the shop to pick it up but they just denied and blamed me that as a trust they have already deliverd me the glass long time ago, and by trust they did not took the recipt and did not made me sign in there registry. When i am telling to show me the cctv footage that also they cannot provide me.
