On jan 22 2017 i purchesed police frame and lense from gkb city center 2 kolkata and in 14.5.2017 it was found manufacture defect so 15.5.2017 i went to gkb and sumited them and they took it and said they will call me when it is repaired, and due to some medical problem i could not went and pickup the galss so on 28.8.2017 i went to the shop to pick it up but they just denied and blamed me that as a trust they have already deliverd me the...

I ordered 2 lens boxes from GKBoptical.com on COD option. After opening my parcel I found that the right lens box which is supposed to contain 6 lenses has only five.This right lens box was also covered by cello-tape on its opening which I thought was not out of place. I complained to them the day I received the parcel, but GKB hasn't responded. I lost 2, 500 rupees, not to mention the mental harassment caused by receiving no response...
