I bought a spectacle frame costing around Rs. 10000 in 2014 and now the temple piece (the rod holding the frame onto the ear) is crumbling. It is an Armani Frame. So, a good brand I assume. When I approached GKB opticals to get the temple piece done they said they cannot do anything about it. So, I have to junk a very expensive piece of frame just because they are unable to do anything about it. I think :
1. They should price it for any fault
2. Offer higher warranty period
3. REplacement policy for such eventualities.
They should desist from selling very expensive spectacle frames which they cannot service in the future. Was this information helpful? |
