We purchased the following Nasal Spray from the Medicine shop
OMKAR MEDICALS, 1-A, 28/2 Somasundarpalya, HSR Layout Sector-2, BENGALURU-560102(Karnataka)- India -Tel No. [protected] (as prescribed by Dr Sachin Kumar - Pulmonologist- SAKRA WORLD HOSPITAL, BENGALURU- 560103) vide their Cash Memo no. 6535 Dated[protected] i.e. yesterday. On opening the new pack and pumping the Bottle as per directions given in the pamphlet, we failed and the Spay Pump of the Bottle did not function at all inspite of several attempts. We returned the unused Bottle to the Seller above.
But presently he is not clear and expressing inability to replace or return back the opened bottle unless the wholesale dealer or distributor or representative of the manufacturer company agrees to take it back and replace the defective item.

Request for immediate guidelines or instructions to your distributor or seller in this regard.

Where to complaint?

Dear Sir, I had bought Mother's Horlicks from an outlet in Goa in the mid week of May-2015. Box condition was good but when I opened box, Pouch inside box was open and nutrition powder was all scattered inside the box. I have also attached photos for your reference. From the batch number I guess it was manufactured at your Baddi Site. Batch Number is 23BB1B (03:08) Packed on 12/14.

Dear Sir, We are using the Boost for children since 2009. Yesterday we have purchased Boost in M/s. Nataraja Super market, Villianur, Puducherry. The pack was intact. No damage was noticed. its about there new ad. , which says as follows
'nahi hua nahi hua akbar sai nahi hua
nahi hua nahi hua jhasi ki rani sai nahi hua'

how come they use such g8 names with such wrong massage,
from where they got the details regarding akbar and jhasi ki rani , not able to drink a glass of milk .

Dear Sir / Madam,
I purchased a total of 42 pkts of HORLICKS FOODLES to carry it abroad.
Some packets I purchased from Andheri & some from Kurla. But I am not sure from which exact place I got few packets, which are already expired. Please note the details below FYIA.

Its very shamefull to know such acts. How can somone sell a consumer expired product? & that too for an educated person like me? Coz we trust this shopkeepers & therefore dint checked the date.
I hope you can catch the culprit with the below details provided?
