Product manufactured 11/2016, date of expiry 10/2017. Batch no sb 5701
When opened the paste it is found that it becomes solidified like brick and not usable. Returned the product to the shop from where it is purchased but not yet replaced. The shop owner has prepared to refer the matter to the sole agent and the distributor but no reply. Yet.

I was taking tablet out from the aluminium packet, what i found was tablet white coating bukged and cracked from the side and yellow color compact powder was visible.

The consumer is on Eltroxin 100 mcg from last 15 years, but now consumer complaints that after taking the drug, the thyroid level increased up to 23 as per the thyroid test.

We purchased Sensodyne 3 pack (Fresh Mint) from Amazon. Upon opening the pack and the tube itself, we found that the aluminium sealant foil missing in all 3 tubes. Is this normal ? All previous purchases of Sensodyne Toothpaste tubes always had this seal.
