Water Cooling NOT functioning in Ble Star Water Dispenser

I have not received a reply to my FOI request, CASE 02996729. Please be so good as to furnish the information I require.

Re/advair HFA 45mcg/21mcg The new design of the cap without the plastic strip belt connected to the body, I couldn't open it and had to look for my husband for help, even for him was difficult. There are many people with arthritis and unable to open things like me. This design using the cap without being attached to the body should be phased out and continue with the earlier model, with what was a simple task to open it. now after I do my two puffs I don't use the cap since I can't open it without help.
Please don't continue manufacturing that way. What was the reason for you to switch the cap? Cheaper, what do you gain? many frustrated clients, risk of infection by not capping the canister. When I received my package with 3 units, I realized the the box had been formatted in a different way and wondered why...As soon as I had to use the inhaler, I understood it. There was that cap change, but the chemical composition was the same.
I believe this is a matter of a big concern.

We are having problems with the ventolin inhaler. It did start at 204 on the counter but as she got to 30 the sprays got weak and at 28 on the counter they stop coming out.
My wife did follow the instructions as per the package leaflet.
The reason we are complaining is this is very costly for us and it looks like she maybe using inhalers for a long time.
Start date; 10/2/19 end date; 12/2/19 request replacement if possible.

Polygrip zinc free. Opened today difficult to squeeze tube. Very dry does not want to stick to dentures. Lot no. Wr3w. Bought from amazon arrived 3 days ago. It was a twin pack. I wear dentures for 10 years and i think i know when the consistence is wrong. I dont want to use a product that may be out of date or stored in a heated or freezing area. This is disturbing because i usually buy fixadent or somestimes from the dollar store, product called denture adhesive. I have never had this problem before. When i opened the tube today, it felt very difficult to squeeze and nothing came out. Finally i squeezed with both hands and it came out 1/8 of an inch. This is very annoying because i am going on a trip and i bought the twin pack so that i would be prepared for extended travel.

This show the poor inspection in the mfg

Second time they send wrong product, in place of padeatric they despatch saline

Here also lack of customer concern and repeated mistake, no ownership in the activity

Doctor and gsk representative claims both are same but i am suspected vaccine composition changed or any duplication.
Please clarify on priority basis.

The subject item purchased (750gms pouch) from d mart in mulund ; against bill. No.[protected] dt.01/06/19, batch no-190212ba3b (13:26) was found to be abnormal in taste than what normally would have been as i am a regular consumer of this product since last ten years. Several have been written to them but they stick to their version of no adulteration in product. Even copies of complaints have been marked to fssai as well as food inspectorate with even no acknowledgement from them, to the mails. There is change in the product ingredients' composition as well as difference in percentage composition of certain ingredients. Even nic is intimated on this without any response till date from them. Hope at least you will acknowledge and take some action on this. This item is manufactured by "legacy foods pvt. Ltd, 17km pinjore-nalagarh highway, p. O. Baddi, distt. Solan-173 205 (Hp); for glaxosmithkline consumer healthcare ltd; patiala road, nabha-147 201, (Punjab).

I bought boostrix vaccine from fortis healthworld in gurgaon.. I was told by my doctor that it is pre loaded syringe with pre fixed syringe.. On opening cover i realised that needle was missing.. On complaining i was told that company dosent take back such products.. Then why does company send defective products.. It's very irresponsible on part of such brand and providing products to such vendors should be stopped.

Horlicks classic malt -750gms pouch; batch no-190212ba3b (13:26)

The above item purchased from dmart-mulund against bill. No.[protected] dt.01/06/19, on consumption was found to be tasting peculiarly and of abnormal color (Not usual) on observation. I am a regular consumer of classic malt horlicks and this particular pack tasted unusual and seems to be adulterated. I seek clarification on this issue and want to return same with money refunded.
I request the concerned authority to verify on adulteration aspect and take necessary action if so with intimation to undersigned.

A piece of the gum I purchased in a 160 pack was cut. I can send photo. Also, the product was abnormally weak. Perhaps a 2mg in a 4mg box?

What more can I say? You ask for minimum of 350 words. Well, I don't need 350 words to tell you this product was cut in half. And the amount of nicotine in the gum was also cut in half. Only happened two times in past 10 years but for the price it should not happen ever.

I purchased a bottle of the above mentioned medicine and found that the bottle contains less than 60ml of syrup in it. The bottel is unopened and the manufacturer's seal is in tact. I would like to know how this passed the quality check and considered ready to be sold at retail outlets. Batch number b7039, manufactured in nov 2017. Would request you to please look into this at the earliest. Thank you.

I live in malaysia and my entire family uses sensodyne toothpaste for more than 10 years. 2 weeks ago i came back from a long trip to the united states. I bought a sensodyne toothpaste and was surprised to see how extra ‘thick’ the paste was in contrast to the ones bought here in malaysia. It was really good as it stopped my sensitive teeth from hurting when in contact with water and lasted 1 month. The price of sensodyne here is around the same as in the us after currency conversion. So why are sensodyne toothpaste sold in malaysia (Which looks like it was made in thailand), so ‘thin’ and having a consistency of about a third of what us comsumers get. Therefore sensodyne has stopped being effective and switching to colgate’s sensitive teeth toothpaste. Is this a normal company and manufacturing standards where different countries get different types of toothpaste? I’m writing this because it’s become too unbearable to accept that we malaysian consumers are being sold inferior toothpaste compared to the us. The tubes are smaller too. Please give us what we paid for and aren’t toothpastes supposed to have the same ingredients and go through the same processes for all countries, or is it made differently according to regions?

I have been calling the toll free number listed on package to no avail. Long waits, hang ups and the last straw is :we aren't accepting any calls".[protected]. I wanted to advise them about packaging. The tube has a small tab to open and it broke off leaving nothing. I had to use scissors to open the tube resulting in a mess. Not what i expected for an expensive toothpaste. Not happy with product and lack of customer service. Nowhere online or facebook for company contact and they aren't accepting calls!

On opening the new pack and pumping the Bottle as per directions given in the pamphlet, we failed and the Spay Pump of the Bottle did not function at all inspite of several attempts. We returned the unused Bottle to the Seller above.
But presently he is not clear and expressing inability to replace or return back the opened bottle unless the wholesale dealer or distributor or representative of the manufacturer company agrees to take it back and replace the defective item.
