Gleam Technologies is really a challenging HTML tagging service with 100% of reject the payment by giving its QC report, their terms and conditions few as follows.
Line missing / Extra Line Each line 10% in Slot Accuracy
Improper text alignment Each page 5% in Slot Accuracy
Spelling error Each 3 error 5% in Slot Accuracy
Extra line enters Each line enter 2% in Slot Accuracy
Text missing / Extra Text. Each word 2% in Slot Accuracy
Extra enters Each 10 Enters 2% in Slot Accuracy
as a hole 250 pages consider as 100% and i[censored] missed 5 lines as a whole your are not eligible to get payment
Its a high tech cheating process, which will gives you the proof for rejection of your project. Be aware of these guys...

I worked with Gleam Technologies for online form filling work and i got two cheques for 2000 range for my nearly 15000 entries now i quit that company for their bad customer service and very very delay in checking the work and payment

now i am submitting this complaint for their behaviour of stealing clients money in the name of TDS they took nearly 22% of my chq amount in the name of TDS and i provide my PAN card to them and i told very clearly to them that i am non taxable person but they are not letting their ears to it, they are telling it is charged like this only to all the client

kind attention TAX AUTHORITIES pls check the account of this company

any new joinees pls without getting assurance about when your entries will get corrected and when u will get the payment dont join with them

Updated by barveenanwar I took online form filling work from Gleam Tech i got two cheques from them for around Rs4300/- they took more than Rs1200/- from my earning as TDS i told them that i am not a taxable person, i provide PAN CARD also them but they are telling it is charged to all the client so it is not returned

Tax authorities pls note this and check the account of Gleam Tech if it is charged to all means how it is under which section of the IT act permits to charge from a non a taxable person 23% kindly interrogate about this

I send mail to them (Karthick and the support team) about TDS but none of them are replying to the mails.

Online form filling work: Anyone who wants to take online form filling work pls consider the following point bfr joining with Gleam tech,

They will tell you we can fill unlimited forms yes it is true, but they put the lock on the correction (activation) part they wont activate the entries made by you, without activation you can n't get the payment for your work. in the beginning they will correct avg of 100 entries slowly it will be brought down 20 corrections per day so you cannt think about regular monthly income. They wont tell you about when they will activate your entires, secondly they are very poor in customer response, they wont reply for any mails, in the toll free their customer service persons will drag the issue at one point if they can not drag means they will fight with you as a street fighter. so think twice before paying and getting insulted on your own money. without gettting assurance about when u r entries will activate you cann't wait for months and months for payment it was useless.

My complaint will be a long essay.. Dont deposit money for their projects.. They will get work and money from us but they will not give the money.. If we ask about, they will told that their agreement is correct so that we signed on it.. At last our project was rejected because of errors.. They wont give the deposit money back to us...

Please don;t take project from this Gleam technologies, neyvalli.

Fraud company, you don't get singl rs back, what ever you hard work finally they will give you low %.

you can acive this, Also even if you achive 100% they will finally say you have used conversion soft ware and reject your aggrement.

So pls don'y go with this save your money, i have take 5 project and faced this type of issue...
