Dear friends,
On 16th august 2017 they receive my refundable amount as 1800 rs. My all works are rejected i don't know what is the reason for rejection. So i say about my refundable amount but they say that refundable amount only for offline works and i am doing online work so they don't give my amount.
At least clarify my doubts in submission of records and rejection reason.

They receive 1800rs from me for online project.
First they tell me as that amount is refundable but now i cant continue their work all records are rejected so i say that refund my amount now they tell us that amount is not refundable and i am doing online job. Now i am doing online form filling job 3500 records is the target. Now i do 1000 records but my activated record is 1 and remains all rejected i don't know the mistakes of rejected file. I lost my money, precious time and effort.

They are fallowing with us daily before taking the project & also they given so many lie stories about the projects will earn monthly 5000/- for add posting/ will earn monthly 12000/- for html conversion lime that but there is true about all this words. We cannot do earn anything about this project if we asked any queries also after taking the project no one will response to our phone call or mails too. The company is descent fake company.

I have been talking to asha patel and the technical team of gt on my issue but have not got the resolution yet. It has been 20 days since i first reported the issue but i have been sent from port to pillars.

So here is my complaint to the high level authority:
I have opted for data entry job (Work from home) and have filled more than 1100 forms. However, 1089 forms have been rejected by gleam technologies. First day they rejected around 400 forms and then 1089 forms after two days.
First of all, no proper demo or guidance was given to me before starting this job. I filled the forms as i was taught by an agent on the call and showed remotely on the computer.
Then, what is reason behind rejecting this many forms. I contact technical team, asha patel, and her manager (Pooja) who all were never ever able to help and kept holding this for long.
I submitted 30 sample forms as i was asked by pooja and asha patel, yet i have not heard anything from them.
I want this to be escalated on high priority and treated in an immediate manner.

Also, i have made an fir against gleam technologies in mico police station, btm 2nd stage, bangalore-76 for fraud promises and support. And i was asked to show them an escalation mail for further investigation. Hence i am writing this mail later which will be submitted to cyber security for verification.

Hope this clarifies the severity.

I had paid rs.2000 through online to gleam technologies for taking project offline typing job

Unfornatuely i am dropped the project for my personal issue at intitial stage itself

Now i requested to them to refund my security deposit amount rs.2000 as soon as possible

But they not response properly and they not refund my amount rs.2000

They dont answer to calls at the time of refund and this is really not done and while making the payment they give us 100 calls this is really frustrating for consumers i have asked for refund yet no reply received the person who was in contact with me her name is brindha ([protected]) i kindly request you to please take action on the same as fast as possible i have tried to call many times but no answer if you need any details please let me know but i need the refund this is fraud company also i advice do not invest with these people nor their services are of any use i kindly request you to take strict action so that no one faces this situation hope so there is action taken or is the same the same waste of time for consumers

The company is totally fraud..Never refund the money..Just make your fool...Thy said that first to fill the registration processing which thy said that you have to deposit 2000 rs as security deposit...The executive member miss...Narmadha..She is very clever! DNT waste your time on ds website thy even paid a single rupee..

I pay the deposit for data entry work rs.2500 for 1 year duration period [ 1 project / month ] basics. I received the project on 19-11-16 and finished the data entry work on 07-12-16 and same day before 12 am upload the project in they given the link and received acknowledgement mail from gleam technologies. They inform through mail after receiving the project 15 working days for qc report and payment process lead-time. But more than 45 days they not give any feedback reg - payment and qc report.

I am Moorthy from Coimbatore. I undertook a project here named "Ad-Posting" for Rs. 3500 /- on[protected]. Their address is 221, Thillai Nagar, Gandhi Nagar Post, Neyveli-607308, India.When I took project there they told us it was one of the best projects they had. They also did some zig-zag works in the name of training. By seeing that we started to believe we also could do the project from home. But it was clearly a third grade work. After taking the project we tried that at home.

That time hundreds of thousands o[censored]RLs came but all are either didn't exist or asked money to submit our ad. They assured us to pay Rs.5/- per ad and also told us you could do 200 ads per day. Bur if you try you will be able to do around 15-20 ads in 10 hours in a day. Can you even think of that? We will be able to pay 100 rs in 10 hours!!! What a business strategy!!?? You also will be suffering from lots of tension besides loosing your hope on yourself.

They have different websites and NTS is also their sister concern. Friends please don't take any project in Gleam Technologies and NTS Neyveli.

I had a opportunity to do an online business with a concern named as GLEAM TECHNOLOGIES, they informed me to put deposit amount of 2500 rupees per head, i even made my friend to join this then i paid again a amount of rupees 1800 so totally i deposited rupees 4, 300 rupees, (now gleam technology assured me that the money i deposited will be refunded after a year, now its been more than a year nearly 2 years have gone, i contacted them no response, they want me to take tickets i took that twice, again no response i m feeling like it has been lost... i will upload my proofs of bank slip. kindly review and make my problem solved or i may authoris and appeal to higher official regarding this @ gleam technology.

This is a No.1 fraud company.They will say you they are ISO certified and largest outsourcing company but everything are fake.Thy are operating in 2 names namely Gleam Technologies, NTS infotech from Neyveli.They will only outsource the project after taking money.You will not get any response and payment thereafter.They have only interested in getting money through cheating.Please don't believe their words.

This is a NO.1 fraud company. This company is not provide correct QC report at the same time it is will not provide any salary credited. So please they all not given a project from gleam technologies, neyveli. I will tell about this complaint is very very true. So please believe my complaint. I took a html conversion job but couldn't complete the project within the time frame. It's been one year so I wanted to get the amount back as they said it's refundable after one year. My invoice no is 04586 and I provided the bank details.

I opened the ticket#3207 on Monday, 03 August 2015 but there was no response and it was closed. Again I opened a new ticket#3818 with them on Tuesday, 13 October 2015 but still didn't get the refund. They just update the ticket saying the ticket has been assigned working on my request. Please stand by for updates.

If I contact the support team they just give the date that I will get the refund and then there is nothing. They also don't send a email confirmation when I will get the refund. Please assist me with the same to get my amount refunded.

I got a HTML typing project from Gleam Technologies and paid amount Rs. 2, 500.00. If I complete the work of given files (450 pages within 18 days), I will get Rs. 12, 000.00 a month. I did the project works and completed the work as per schedule and send back to them the files. QC team found more than 50 errors, so no payment for the month to you and also your project is closed. And told me If you want to continue, apply again for new slot and pay extra amount Rs. 1, 800.00. But I am not interested that time. So I spoke with the Gleam Technology person, and told we completed 450 pages (each file contains more than 45 lines) and did some mistakes, so at-least give amount for the time spent for the project and lot of work I did. Because it is easier for you to correct only those mistakes and get amount from your client. But they didn't agree and told about the agreement. And I requested them at-least Refund the amount I paid for the project. After some conversation, finally they agreed for full refund of the order amount. After that I called them several times, open a ticket for refund request. They told, the refund only taken place after one year from the project taken and asked for the Bank details. So I provided the bank details. After a year time I reminded them for refund, then they asked for the agreement. I sent it to them. Then I asked for refund, not they told contact the concern person. I called the person from whom I got the project from the company, they are not picking any calls. They are making money from the people like me. I should get the refund amount at end of Sep 2015, but refund was not taken place. I need the refund amount as soon as possible.

I have registered for online typing job... They told to pay 2500 as refundable deposit as one year agreement... And they told i will be getting my project through mail after 24 hours from the payment of 2500 as deposit money... After two days i made calls, there is no response... I am not only the person got cheated, after visiting this site i am seeing many complaints as like this... Pls take some legal actions on this company

They do have other names of company also with different Domain names. With proper ISO certificate and infrastructure located in Neyveli doing this fradulant activities.

Description: Cheating innocent public, students, housewife and daily wage professional in mode of their conduct.

1.Initially they will ask us to invest Rs.2500 for the offline Image to note word conversion .
2.They will send us the receipt of payment.
3. Until the payment receive from us they use call us continuously to receive the payment.
4. In the front help desk, they put ladies to cover the innocent people who is looking for this mere work to cash process to buy a dress for their baby and for medical expenses.
5.Once the payment settle down they wont contact us even to guide us.
6.They say 250 pages within 16 days we have to complete, its not possible for an individual to complete it. It would take 25 mins to complete single page with 47 lines along with their parameters.
7.Calculate it per day how many pages we have to finish and how much hours it would take. with the help of this strategy they are doing this business.
8. All the parameters mentioned in the agreement are fake.
9. They say after submission of the work we have to send all the file on the specific date and time otherwise slot will get cancel. Wonderful. Nice business tricks.
10.Apart from that if we commit any mistakes they reduce in percentage wise and finally it will come to cancel the slots.
11.The files we sent they change all files names and insert wrong statements with the technical support team and in check report they will send back wrong report and cancel the slot.
12. Kindly i am requesting you and representing on behalf of all cheated person's conscience close their business, arrest them with public complaints. Please check their IT report and check the business tricks. Its ruining the public, students and working professionals.

i work hardly only ten pages error then also your rejecting my projecting after one year moeny is not refund fraud no one company gleam technology, i will put case against your comapny

I bought a project of Data Entry for 2500/- from Gleam Technologies with the help of executive Jaysree with the condition of 18 days to complete the project but I took three days excess time to submited the project on 23rd June instead of 19 june with the confirmation of Jayshree over call. The Gleam technologies will take 14 days to submit the report which is on 4th july where as they submitted the report on 9th July after the repeated follow up calls from my end. Finally the report is WORKLOAD NOT SUBMITTED ON TIME HENCE PROJECT REJECTED. Kindly help me to get my effort paid.
