Gleam technologies, Thank you for nothing!! Treat this email as a high escalation. This has to be forwarded to a high level authority (Not to a helpless manager) I have been talking to asha patel and the technical team of gt on my issue but have not got the resolution yet. It has been 20 days since i first reported the issue but i have been sent from port to pillars. So here is my complaint to the high level authority: I have opted for data entry job (Work from home) and have filled more than 1100 forms. However, 1089 forms have been rejected by gleam technologies. First day they rejected around 400 forms and then 1089 forms after two days. First of all, no proper demo or guidance was given to me before starting this job. I filled the forms as i was taught by an agent on the call and showed remotely on the computer. Then, what is reason behind rejecting this many forms. I contact technical team, asha patel, and her manager (Pooja) who all were never ever able to help and kept holding this for long. I submitted 30 sample forms as i was asked by pooja and asha patel, yet i have not heard anything from them. I want this to be escalated on high priority and treated in an immediate manner. Also, i have made an fir against gleam technologies in mico police station, btm 2nd stage, bangalore-76 for fraud promises and support. And i was asked to show them an escalation mail for further investigation. Hence i am writing this mail later which will be submitted to cyber security for verification.
