I am writing this complaint in against of glob india. A representative (Pooja) called me saying that they are looking for network expansion in nov'18 from mobile number +91 [protected]. Their whatsapp number is +91 [protected]. As per conversation they informed that they are located in indore, madhya pradesh.in this service we have to deliver their products to the customers who make purchases on their website (www.businessmartgindia.com), average 5 deliveries everyday and on every delivery they will pay rs. 800 as commission. They told me that every delivery is cod so whatever deliveries i make, first i cut my commission and then transfer balance money to them in their bank account. For getting started they asked me to pay rs. 20, 000 and this amount will also get refunded once i start getting orders. It sounded very lucrative to me as i was looking to start a business that time. I went on holidays and when i came back in jan'19. They again called me saying that an another person in ghaziabad wants to start and they only give franchise to one person in one area. So i mailed them my papers quickly. For which i got an approval from their hr. Their email addresses - [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@businessmartgindia.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@businessmartgindia.com. Then i transferred rs. 20, 000 in their axis bank account on 05 jan 2019. Fyi - they have 2 axis bank account - 1. [protected], ifsc code - utib0001514, branch code - 001415, branch - kanadiya road indore (M. P), 2. [protected], ifsc code - utib0003780, branch code - 0003780, branch - secheme no 78, vijay nagar indore (M. P). Now they promised me that they will send me first consignment worth rs. 32, 000 and for this i will be given a tracking number, with which i can track my consignment. From next day the prompt response i used to get when i used to call started getting slower. Only few calls of mine were answered and few messages were been replied. After 3 days on 8 jan 2019 they sent me a courier receipt on whatsapp. When i tried tracking it on the courier website - www.shreenandancourier.com with tracking number[protected]. It didnt show any info. I tried calling on courier customer care[protected] but no response. I even sent a mail to the courier company but no reply. Finally on 10 jan 2018 i received a courier with 5 small boxes of joint paint reliever oil. When i called pooja to confirm that are these boxes worth rs. 32, 000 and where do i need to deliver. She said she will get me the order by evening. From that day. I haven't heard from them as well they have 100% stopped replying my mails, messages & calls. I want these kind of fraud people to get caught and punished. So that they don't steal someones hard earned money.
