[Resolved]  Global Gallarie, Andheri East (Hyundai) — Mis selling and cheating

This is to bring to your notice, the false practices followed by your dealer M/s Global Gallarie ( Andheri East, Mumbai)

I had purchased a I20 in Feb 2014 and instructed the sales person to give my insurance policy which would cover all costs in case of a claim.

He assured me that this policy will cover all costs

Eventually, i had a claim in Aug 2014 and to my surprise, i came to know that i had not been provided the add on cover of zero depreciation and had to pay certain charges from my pocket

Clear case of misselling by the dealer ...why would someone not buy the add on cover of zero depreciation if he was told the benefits of the same.

Secondly, i had a pathetic experience at their service center

First of all, no estimate was given and without my approval, they repaired my car and asked me to pay the amount

each time i asked them if i had to pay anything, and they kept on telling me, that i will ave to pay only Rs 1000 since i have an insurance policy

on the day when i picked up my car from the garage, they did not even give me the bill, and give some calculation on rough paper and asked me to pay Rs 6000

They refused to give me the bill claiming that they have not received written confirmation from the insurance person,

they assured me that they will send the bill to me

even after 10 days, i haven't heard from them

clear case of cheating and misselling

is this attitude towards customers followed by Hyundai...

Please share the contact details of the concerned senior as i want to escalate the matter

If you are planning to purchase Hyundai car then don’t ever ever prefer Global Gallarie Hyundai (Andheri Saki naka).

1st Poor customer service (ever faced)..
2nd Fake commitment regarding car delivery. (it was change 2-3 times)
3rd customer service not at all available on call & if available they don’t have proper reply for any MISC query.
4th Poor sales service. Sales person who are available are is pathetic. 1st they will not pick your ’s call. 2nd they are not trained. Un-experience staff. Etc…

Have purchased Verna car in month of August 2014 from Global gallarie Andheri.

1st car was in dirty condition available for delivery… car wasn’t wash properly at all.

2nd Car was allotted with wrong registration number. It was issued MH xx xx 3318 i.o MH xx xx xx. Have found this mistake day after tomorrow when I was gone thru RTO receipt & insurance copy. Have escalated this issue with sales manager but response was not satisfactory. In fact they didn’t settle my monthly toll pass amount which issued for vchl 3318.

3rd After 120 days of car purchase I have not receive R.C book from RTO. When I called to customer service manager after (say 90 days) she was blanked & not have proper answer to my query. Every time her reply was same that “ I was on sick leave last couple of days “ I will check & revert “. This was done consecutive two weeks. I have given my cel number to CS manager but she never call me back.
Only after 3rd week, have received feedback from CS manager with details of RTO guy. (this time also follow up done from my side).

This is my 2n Hyundai car but I’ve not experienced such poor sales / customer service before…

I hope this feedback will help you out to select proper (professional) dealer.
Most useless dealership. I booked my car on 3rd july 2015, till now they dont even know the status of the same. No proper answer. Customer service manager sheetal does'nt pick up the phone. Sales guys not trained or equipped. Very sad state of affairs.
Hello, I would Like to bring to light a very pressing issue against Hyundai Global Gallarie. I Booked a Creta on 28/07/16. It is a Creta SX+ VTVT Manual. A very good car in all rights. But it was my mistake that I went to the worst dealership on Earth. After paying the booking amount I also initiated my loan which only until recently Hyundai did not know was already given to them already. Only on October 13th did the car land. And now after that they want me to pay 25K extra. Every time I spoke to them they promise me 4-6 week delivery and kept delaying and now after the car has landed they are still causing problems for me. Please spare yourself the trouble and do not deal with Global Gallarie. They are big time frauds and only know how to cheat people. I have read 4 different reviews about them saying the same things. They are Frauds. Refrain from contacting these people and avoid the inconvenience that I have suffered. Thank you very much.
