My daughter suffering with fever and admitted in hospital 20th 2am and requested for general ward but they given private ward and I reconfirmed with the emergency ward @ reception and he told me that the beds are not available in general ward so given this room but they will charge you only general ward. After one day, on 21st I went to billing counter then they given approx, 40k and mentioned as private ward. Compare to the treatment, the room rent costs High. I asked to the same person in emergency regarding this and he is repeating the same and told that we couldn't able to speak with billing. See, finally we suffered and too much expensive, this is not fair and cheating also to collect more amount from patient's attendars. Doctors are experienced and their treatment is appreciated so that only visiting to Global Hospital. Management should understand and take necessary actions that help to us. -[protected]

    We are consulting with Dr. Dinesh Nayak for more than 10 years. Initially we were going to Malar Hospital and since he moved to Global, we are coming to Global hospital for ongoing consultations. We are finding very difficult to get his appointment. Whenever we call the front office person for an appointment the lady who speaks is not normal and she is not giving response properly. This time thrice the appointment got cancelled even if we get it in week days. I agree Doctor is very busy but atleast the receptionist to speak decently for the people who are waiting for long. Even the appointment is for my daughter who is studying 8th. She never gives an appointment on saturday instead she ask us to come only on week days. My daughter to take half a day leave and she comes to hospital with Uniform. Pls ask the lady to behave in manner.

      Gleneagles global hopital at Perumbakkam, Chennai, Tamilnadu have collected registration charges for first time visit to Hopital. We have been paying for consultation of doctor but not sure what is registration fees. I was trying to ask them for reason they said it is to maintain the records of patients.

          To whom so ever this may concern

          It is very disappointing that the Hospital that I chose numerous times for my parents has turned out to be declining in the quality of care and service.

          My mother was admitted twice in two months for similar causes and has a fever again. Earlier was given care for COPD and later in COVID ward. The first was a nice experience as I was with her all the time. I had observed that basic hygiene was never maintained and also the nurse would not be in a position to use her basic sense to notify the Doctor that the patient has bruises over her buttocks. Would they do the same for their mother? As I was with her. I took care of her at that time. But the second time she was all alone. Hence nobody bothered to see her bruises over her buttocks and when she came home I noticed her area was completely bruised and painful and would start bleeding if any more damage it would have got. This time, even the papers of reports that are given are not printed properly, tests are done but reports are not clear so I cannot understand what the doctors have referred to while visiting her daily and aligning a treatment for her. Thirdly and the most important of all, the nurse does not give all medication as per the discharge summary. Neither does she explain to us how we have to administer the injection to the patient at home. She was behaving as if she was not bothered and thank god she is getting a discharge.

          I want all the reports properly printed. Action should be taken towards the caretakers and providers to dependent patients in COVID ward specifically as no relative is allowed to stay with the patient. Also, an explanation why the injections were not procured for us at the discharge and why we were not provided the knowledge of how it is to be given to the patient.

            My mother yegammai G was admitted in hospital on 16/06/2022.As of now billing charges is almost 10lak.No surgery. She was in icu for 3days. After that shifted to ward only antibiotics and medicines they have given. They charged 10lakhs.i requested for discharge. I paid half of the month. I am unable to pay the remaining amount due to financial Pblm. Regarding this I am approaching the Hosp for past 3days. They routing me here and there. But no conclusion. While speaking one lady saying it's waste of time and she gone. Another person Mr srinivasan he is not in our discussion. After discussion he came and saying you are not genuine. Wat he knows about me? How he can use this word. Mr Manjunath the way of taking is like taking with his friends.he also not speak politely and moved. I noticed. Last month also admitted in same hospital but I settled the ful payment. Almost for past 4months I have spent 20lak.i am requesting to understand my financial condition. My mother health condition is already too bad I don't know how many days she can able to survive. Eventhough the hospital people forcing me go and arrange the funds then only we can discharge .they are pushing me here and there Already my mother health condition is too bad . In this stitution financial problem I can't able to arrange the remaining amount it's very huge for me. Kindly consider my request and arrange for mother discharge.

              Dr. Dinesh Nayak has been treating my father since 2017. My father was incorrectly diagnosed with late onset seizures and administered levipil for 1 and 1/2 years unnecessarily while the underlying cause of fainting and losing consciousness was hyponatremia, a low sodium condition. It was only in end of Oct 2021 when such fainting incidents repeatedly continued despite being on levipil and when he was admitted in ICU of Glen Eagles that the doctor identified the cause to be hyponatremia by which time all the damage had been done. We were told that levipil has caused severe allergic reaction to his skin and when he was discharged the diagnosis was again incorrect as the reports mention that it was cellulitis. However on further treatment at a skin clinic we got to know that he had developed an auto immune disease called bullous pemphigoid, which in turn may have been caused by certain medication. We would like to know why the medical tests were not analyzed properly which led to incorrect diagnosis. When an aged person without any history of seizures was admitted and when the medical tests clearly indicated low sodium and he was treated for the same, the hospital report/prescription called out seizure and never indicated hyponatremia as the possible cause and neither was any advise given for monitoring sodium level periodically.

                  My patient haji Shamshad khan he admit in 13th of October for angioplasty n today 16th of October he will discharge but the billing have pharmacy drugs bill issue they have all time billing issue because I'll come fir angiography like before a week and thet time they'll have same issue in my bill now this time they have same issue and now we don't have time my patient was suffering and I have appointment to another hospital at 10:30 but your billing service is very poor all time they give me same issue problem please resolve it your billing desk told me our pharmacy and our IT service server will going down like your drugs bill going in minuse so what can I do I already have a appoinment to another hospital and I didn't wait much time so please resolved it your service is very slow and very poor

                    At first we reviewed my 3years old baby to DR. VIKASH AGARWAL in EKOSCAN HEALTHCARE PVT LTD. KOLKATA There he adviced and prescribed us to visit GLENEAGLES GLOBAL HEALTH CITY PERUMBAKKAM CHENNAI for BRAIN MRI and EEG Report bcoz according to him there is much advance technology MRI mechine than anywhere elseafter that he will be able to prescribe the right medicine. So, we visited to GLENEAGLES GLOBAL HEALTH CITY PERUMBAKKAM CHENNAI and there done all the medical reports prescribed by him . Although the reports were okay he prescribed some medicine s and adviced to review again after 4 months in Kolkata. When we asked him if any problem occurs how to contact you. He told to make him a phone call or whatsapp him . So, we returned back to KOLKATA. After giving the medicines to my baby as per his prescription since last 10 days we observed that my baby is feeling uncomfortable and restless. So, we tried to call DR. VIKASH AGARWAL but he did not responded to our phone calls. After that we got a message from Kolkata that DR. VIKASH AGARWAL will be available in EKOSCAN HEALTHCARE PVT LTD IN KOLKATA on 27/08/2021. So, we have given there que from 6.30am morning to review my baby and when our turn came aprx 11 am after seeing us outside his OPD cabin he told us to wait andhe will review my baby after sometime. And we waited for 2 hours more there. My baby is having ADHD which was diagnosed by DR. VIKASH AGARWAL himself in Chennai GLEANEAGLEAS GLOBAL HEALTH CITY PERUMBAKKAM and my baby became restless and started his hyperactivity so, we request to assistant of DR. VIKASH AGARWAL to ask doctor "How much time we will wait for?" as it is well known by Dr. Vikash Agarwal that my baby is having ADHD. His assistant came out from doctor's cabin and told that DR. VIKASH AGARWAL will not review my baby and also told to refund our consultation fees. My questions is After waiting so long why he didn't reviewed my baby? And who is responsible for side-effects of medicine prescribed by Dr Vikash Agarwal? Where should we go? We have been there to review my baby and get his opinion? If he wasn't willing to review my baby then why did he advised in his prescription to review to him after 4months in Kolkata? Kindly take care for this type of issues...As GLEANEAGLEAS GLOBAL HEALTH CITY is a vast organization so what can we expect as patient from the Doctor of GLEANEAGLEAS GLOBAL HEALTH CITY?

                      I've admitted my dad for removal o[censored]RSL dj stent removal. Initially they gave a package for removal costs around 41, 000/-rs. And after they had a medical complications and raised a bill for around 3, 40, 000/- rs. This is the 3rd time we're admitting for a treatment in last 5 months. This is the worst experience I've ever had in this hospital. It's almost 11days and we're not discharged yet.

                          I am a regular dialysis patient at global hospital. I have already registered myself for covid vaccination in the first week of April 2021. Twice I was turned down due to non availability of vaccine. Whenever I try to schedule my appointment global hospital name is not mentioned in the list and on contacting your staff I get a routine reply - it must be full. I tried rescheduling my appointment but your hospital name is not listed and I get the same routine reply from your help desk staff. I am of the opinion that your staff must be entertaining their families and friends that is why your hospital is not listed and no appointments are available for general public

                            My father was hospitalised in October 2020 for COVID treatment. When he was discharged your accounts team had taken security deposit of Rs 17000. It's been 6months the money is not yet returned back to me. Everytime I call your team nobody cares to give a concrete response. I have called them several times and visited the hospital several times still my money has not been returned back to me. Please look into this matter as this has become really frustrating. No hospital sits in the deposit money for 6 months.

                              We got our vaccination done today at Global hospital Patel and were told that vaccination certificate would be received on line.
                              We have since received SMS intimating that certificate has been generated but can be downloaded only with a 14 digit beneficiary reference ID which we do not have.
                              We are requesting hospital to provide us this. However every time I call them they ask me to call later. Now they are disconnecting immediately on hearing my request

                                  I was admitted to the global hospital at lower parel mumbai on 24th february 2020. After the procedure, i was discharged on 27 february 2020. My uhid number is [protected]. At the time of admission, i was made to pay a deposit in spite of my cashless insurance. After discharge, i was supposed to get the refund of the deposit. But in spite of follow-up for several weeks, i have not got the refund of my deposit. Insurance company has already paid to the hospital. Every-time i call, the accounts & billing section tells me that the refund will be issued the next day. But till today, i. E. 7th may 2020, that 'next day' has not dawned. Pathetic service.

                                    My name is ramalingam k (Uhid : [protected])... I was admitted in hospital and got treatment for 4 days and then discharged one month before. I was taken care very good manner. My insurance was claimed in hospitalization cashless..

                                    After that i tried to apply for post hospitalization claim. For that, treating doctor registration number is required. Hence i called to hospital and asked dr. Nigel p symss registered number.

                                    First day i called and asked, they transfered call to insurance team.. But nobody pick the call for more than 15 minutes.

                                    2nd time called, they transfered call to neuro department.. Somebody picked call and ask me to wait for 2 mins and then kept the receiver down after 10 mins and said hello hello no one response..

                                    After few days 3 rd time called, they transfered call to insurance team.. But nobody pick the call for more than 15 minutes.

                                    4th time called, they transfered call to same neuro department.. Somebody picked call and ask me to wait for 2 mins and then kept the receiver down after 10 mins and said hello hello no one response..

                                    5th time called, again transfered to same neuro department.. Somebody picked call and said like we wont share through phone.. Please come and get the details directly..

                                    Very very worst phone service and staffs in global hospital...

                                    Eventhough they are providing good treatment but staff are responsing not a good manner.

                                    I request management to take necessary action and sort out this problem immediately..

                                      Worst hospital i have ever seen. My grandson was admitted bcoz he had light wheezing problem. Before giving any treatment they will ask whether we have insurance. Not even 24 hours they have charged rs.50000 and we have been asked to stay till discharge. Blood test not necessary but charged rs.10500. Icu was not necessary but kept in icu. They squeeze people like anything if we say we have insurance. Bcoz no children specialist was available i took him there. I beg/request people not to go to this hospital. They will bring people to street.

                                        Joined our grandma in some medical conditiion... They gave some good medicine and injection for treatment.
                                        Since she hasn't slept for days we thought grandma is sleeping. But instead she lost consiousness. The thing is none of the nurses have informed us that we should not let the patient sleep after taking the medicine. Nurses forgot to mentiin this critical thing which ledbto further complications and we lost her in 2 weeks. Shame on nurses/staff who knew and were forgertfull ok r careless to inform us. We didnt knew this until th end main doctor visited and told us paitient should not be allowed to sleep in such conditions.
