Global Indane — Refill gas cylinder is not delivered but sms alert has come as "your cyl is delivered with cash memo no.[protected]."

I have booked for refill of gas cylinder with the Consumer No A29593 and the Ref No is 782570 generated on 19th September 2016.
Then on 25th September 2016, an SMS came as "Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 782570, shall be delivered shortly."
On 26th September 2016, An SMS came to the registered mobile no as "Your cyl is delivered with cash memo no [protected]."

But till now, I do not get my refilled gas cylinder and also suffering with this circumstances. Please solve this issue by tomorrow (27th September 2016) end of the day, otherwise I will sue against the distributor to Consumer Forum by giving the reason of Black Marketing of Gas Cylinders.

Because after all dramas of documentation processes, if We suffer with this type of situation, then stop these nonsense things and save our time.
