Indane Gas — non-delivery of gas even after repeated calls

I had booked gas on[protected] and I have not received gas till now. I called Gokul Gasd Agecy repeatedly and came to know that the gas was delivered on 6th October 2009 which has not yet reached us. I called evn today to know that it will be delivered next tuesday. Will it take a month and more to receive a gas after booking?

dear sir, i feel sorry for you. i am also a consumer of that agency .ihad a bitter experience too.that agency delivered me a leakage cylinder.after repeated complaints theyreplaced it after 10 days.the agency employees are too rude and ill mannered.actually i am planning tocomplain against that agency.but have no idea where to complain. iam waiting for suggestions.

Hi, I am S.C.Tripathy, i was not given a cylinder even after booking about a month ago.we even contacted the sales incharge of indian oil corp. but the gas guys did not listen i hope the global indane orissa guys get gassed up.

i have talked in a number[protected] and got solution .i came to know one staff of the agency was doing mischief and he has been fired.any way now i am getting good service

I HAVE BOOKED FOR A REFILL gas for home delivery on 19 Oct .10 but till today 30.9.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative Ph No[protected], 2472622 several times. Each time they used to says that tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with INDANE. My Gas Agency Distributor NAME IS M/s GLOBAL INDANE, H-7/1, PANCHASAKHA NAGAR, DUMUDUMA, BHUBANESWAR - 19. When the Gas agency not delivering gas in due time.please overlook in my matter.

I AM A CONSUMER OF GLOBAL INDANE, INDANE GAS DISTRIBUTING AGENCY IN BHUBANESWAR, ORISSA.MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 3254.I AM TRYING TO CONTACT TO THE AGENCY FOR BOOKING OF A CYLINDER WHICH HAS EXHAUSTED FOR THE LAST 7 DAYS IN THE LAND LINE NUMBERS[protected], 2471622.THE PHONE NUMBER IS BUSY MOST OF THE TIMES.IF IT IS FREE THEY DO NOT RESPOND.ONE EMPLOYEE FROM THE OFFICE PICKED UP THE PHONE.BUT HE DID NOT ANSWER.I AM A SERVICE HOLDER.ITS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO EXTRACT TIME FOR THIS TEDIOUS JOB.IS THIS TYPE OF SERVICE DESIRABLE.IS IT NOT THE MORAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE AGENCY TO ATTEND TO THE CALL AND PROBLEMS OF THE CUSTOMER.THE PEOPLE PAY FOR THE SERVICE WHICH IS EMERGENCY SO TO SAY.I WANT IMMEDIATE SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM.MOREOVER IT SHOULD BE ENSURED THAT THIS TYPE OF CARELESS ATTITUDE AND SERVICE IS NEVER REPEATED.

i received message from indane on 25/03/2012 till today i.e 29/03/2012 cylidner couldn't reach me.whose fault is this.and the contact number provided[protected], 2471622)always comes busy.it looks surprised even the call center no doesn't busy so much.and most surprising INDANE OFFICIAL COMPLAIN NO also no body lifts the phone[protected].now tell me where the consumer will go.this is the fate of consumer of bhubaneswar then imagine the rural consumer's fate.
