Very rude behavior of the employees as well as the delivery boy.. Didn't pick up the phone and also didn't deliver the gas on proper time...

I have booked for refill of gas cylinder with the Consumer No A29593 and the Ref No is 782570 generated on 19th September 2016.
Then on 25th September 2016, an SMS came as "Cash memo [protected] generated for booking no. 782570, shall be delivered shortly."
On 26th September 2016, An SMS came to the registered mobile no as "Your cyl is delivered with cash memo no [protected]."
But till now, I do not get my refilled...

I HAVE BOOKED FOR A REFILL gas for home delivery on 19 Oct .10 but till today 30.9.10 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative Ph No[protected],2472622 several times. Each time they used to says that tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with INDANE.
